Reliance Mart — my earphone worth rs 5999 got stolen from front desk baggage area

On 22nd june 2019, i went to reliance mart fatima nagar, pune branch for shopping
Leaving my earphone (Panasonic wi fi ear phone set) inside the back pack. Token number 7 provided to me. While collecting the bag i found the ear phone missing from the back. I raise a complain. But no complain number provided to me. No feed back provided me. I am surprised that customer material being stolen from the secured area. It is not being considered with highest importance. No update available. Can somebody help me for early resolution?
