Reliance Mart — double payment for the single invoice - refund requested regarding | |||
Today (01.12.2018) i visited to the reliance market, thanjavur road, trichy and did some purchasing make payments trough my debit card (No. 6521 xxxx xxx 5653; union bank of india) for rs.4299.62/-. But the cashier at the counter said the card was not recognized by the bank. So the cahier requested to give me another card (No.4601 xxxx xxx 5540; canara bank) for the rs.4299.62/- and the payment was successful. But after one hour i was received a message from the union bank of india account the amount rs.4299.62/-. Was debited from my account. Hence the payment was made for a single invoice. The cashier told that if payment was done twice, the money will be refunded in the account.in this connection, i request you kindly refund my money rs.4299.62/- as early as possible in my account, otherwise i am force to go to consumer forum against you in this regarding of double payments.
