Reliance Mart — I lost money by using google pay and not returning money as I paid twice

On march4 i payed in reliance smart using google pay, , it lost the money, , but they said they doesn, t get money, so i payed again, till now i doesnt get that money and once again i lost money by paying in paytm, , , that too i doesnt get back
