This complaint is regarding to the order no.[protected]A which was ordered on 4 May 2022 by jio mart application. I am receiving a problem regarding this order my problem is that I haven't received this order till now (28/05/2022), I have also written many emails to jio coustomer service(ticket number [protected]) but no one is responding regarding the email, 1 of your executive contacted me and said that they will refund my money but I *haven't received any payment* till now.
Could you help me regarding this or should I go to consumer court against you as consumer protection act...
