Myself Jaikumar Chinnakalai, I am a retired pensioner I stay in Virar (west) near Purapada. On 14th May, 2022 I visited my neareast Retail store of Reliance SMART point M. I had buy some groceries and utilities. I tried paying my billed amount which was ₹327.44with my ATM card, at the time of payment the amount was debited from my account and not credited to their respective account. Hence, I paid the bill via cash. As per the banking norms the amount should reflected in my bank account in 24 hours and I should be assisted by the employees. Till date i.e 22 June, 2022 I have not received my hard earned amount even after visiting the store multiple times. Kindly compensate me for the lack of professionalism of the employees and the time that was wasted onto this issue.

      To the reliance smartpoint stores
      this is to inform you that lost my money.
      on the transaction of sbi yono in your store located at Jadcherla, Mahbubnagar sum of amount rs.1966.97. on the date of 08.06.2022 time after 1.00 pm... till today I didn't get my money back. and the store manager is not responding well. so how do I get my money back? is there any solution on your side? or I complain in the consumer forum...

        But I have not got PF

        Even I have sent application as per ther format last month May 11 2022

        I am not getting any confiation even they are not responding to mail and call

        Right now I'm in financial issue I want this to be cleared at faster phase please

            I'm writing this complaint for your good only, there is a smart shop in eraviperoor, kerala, . If you have any regional manager or area manager plz do a visit as a customer because everything there is upside down you can just check the counter area and all there is full of spider nets and dust, staffs are not properly doing their work there, there is no any customer service, and the billing system is always down, 70 % of their customers is going back without purchasing anything because of billing issues and bad customer service, the products are actually really nice and fresh but i[censored] don't keep the staffs in track the business will get loss, there is no proper stock refilling or anything staffs are just coming there for work to mark there attendance only, plz visit without any notice or informing them you can find out what's going on there,

              Complaint for Selling of Fake Products by Reliance.

              I am Regular Customer of Gillette for 22 years.
              I have purchased Gillette shaving Cream from Reliance Store at Seethampeta, Visakhapatnam, pincode: 530016.
              After using your product,
              I got skin itching, pain and skin returned red in color,
              I Immediately consulted a doctor for Pain on Skin after using your Gillette Cream.
              He advised use Proper creams on skin

              I need Reliance to pay a Compensation of Rs 1000, for doctor consultation,
              wasting my time and money and selling Fake products.

                  We choose to purchase all Ration items from Reliance Smart point near Bhattakuffar in Shimla. However this time we were not briefed about any offers or cashback points to be redeemed by us..Neither the reliance phone number was provided thru which we could have redeemed our points of last purchase citing reasons "ki woh company ne band kar diya hai"
                  Moreover, the charges of Credit Card of Rs. 89 was charged from us, being the consumer, which is not in best interest of the company..
                  Reliance is well known name in the country, but it seems that it will soon loose it's reputations in Shimla particularly the Reliance smart point. The response of the staff was cold and on asking about cashback offers redemption of points no satisfactory answer was given.
                  I hope I will receive a satisfactory answer from your organisation and the extra money charged on payment through credit card

                    Last Wednesday I purchased two jeans pants from your outlet which was situated at Arjan Mall Complex Gandhidham.when next day I wore the pants and went for office, but when I reach office I had been faced shameful situations. Where the pant was tear off .at a time when I went to store, but they told that it will be not done today, come next day.when next day went they told that without bill we can't do.but I had told them I had my transaction amount (1686.96) dated 01.06.2022 and the time is 21.21 pm.If they cannot return they should have can say at first day only, As a regular customers I am not accepting like these. These is my second time when I purchased garments from Reliance I faced like these problem. This is not the right way to answer the customer, if I had my transaction details they can check everything. Or I am not a liar that they are changing their words everyday.
                    Who will take care of bill if we are trusting you??.

                        I had purchased watermelon and musk melon...man at weight counter ask me to pay 128 rupees..and I paid it...I ask for bill and he refused. I asked for wt of musk melon and watermelon and its price is just 104 rupees...as I asked him for this difference he frightened and told me that I dont know code and weighing machine is also not working properly...and gave me back excess money...
                        Another thing is that he asked me to send money why G PAY and gave me his phone to Scan code...
                        Next after some days I asked them what they do with remaining vegetables? The lady and manager ask me to take that dump for 10 rs per kg..I wanted this for cow, and I take it for 107 rupees...but then 3 person working with that store told me that we gave it free or we dump it...
                        Also once at the billing point that person ask me two times to pay 565...
                        I paid it...but as my son comes to take bill and check it he returns me 100 rupees and apology for same...the bill was only 465 rupees...

                        Please look into this as each and every person working with this store wants to make money unethical...

                          I purchased Aquagarud water Purifiers from reliance mart supela bhilai Chhattisgarh but after 5 months it's not working stuck after complaint 1 week someone came checked and said some parts need to change and it went 3 weeks over but no update I called many times even mail as well but they don't know and now not picking call . I want back my whole money back with harassment charges bcoz now I'm going to consumer court ..this is worst and 3rd class bad service no word I have to say

                            Relience retail contacted us regarding leasing our property . We made a deal . Later I sent all my documents to them . It took many days for their confirmation and finally they confirmed . They spoke to me and negotiated the rent amount . And they even sent me a confirmation email . But now they are not responding ..

                              Dear Sir,

                              I had place order on 23rd April 2022 for House Hold Items as mentioned below
                              1. Cotton seed Oil Can – Tirupati 5Lts
                              2. Santoor Soap
                              The total of the above order was Rs 1034.20 + JIO MART COIN
                              I made payment thru Google pay transaction with UPI TRANSACTION ID :[protected] – Bank of Baroda Account and amount is also deducted from my bank account. But now the Jio Mart is refusing to deliver the order as they say the order is not been placed at all. The above mentioned amount has been deducted in favour of “Jio Mart grocery” on 23rd April 2022 i am enclosing bank statement payment related screen shots for your reference.
                              I have been continuously following up with the customer care for refund process but not getting proper response and every time they assist to refund the amount in 48 hrs but nothing happening.
                              Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest, Customer Grievances and take legal action as this will be my last option.

                              Please find enclosed the Copy of Google pay Transaction and BANK Statement

                                  I, Santanu Dutta Roy, an employee of Reliance SMSL Limited, Jhargram Branch, have joined as a 'Customer Service Associate', employee no. 60744569, to the organization on dated 18th April, 2022 and have been continuing to work till date. Now I am facing a huge issue since the Branch Manager is forcing me to resign all of a sudden and I have no clue why. At the same time, he asked me to resign or he will send me somewhere far from my hometown for training purpose. Even, he did not entry my attendance from the day before today. Kindly take some action to resolve my issue since I extremely need this job. I will be grateful to you.

                                    Hi I had placed an order with Jio Mart, Darbe Puttur Branch (574202) with order ID[protected]A and one of the 42 items ( 1 liter Coconut oil) was missing, it was too late to call back delivery boy, so I raised a complaint on the Jio Mart app, also I sent a mail to [protected]@jiomart.com to which i got a response that

                                    " We have forwarded your complaint ([protected]) to the respective team, please be rest assured the replacement will be processed against order[protected]A) will be done within 48 hours"

                                    However i haven't received any response even after 72 hours, when I try to reach their customer care @[protected] there is no one addressing any queries, just music for an entire hour.

                                    Can't believe Company this big with this good potential handles customers this way

                                      I visited your store a second time and had the very bad experience of visiting you.
                                      There is nothing except you are fooling the customer while they are visiting your store.1. Display Rate at store and billing rate are different, which is wasting the time of a customer.2. there are no things provided by you to carry the bought items. and also not pasted information/banners at Store regarding carrying the bought items along with their prices.3. you are charging the high rate of carry bag which means you are fooling the people at gun point when customer wasted his time at your store to finalization the buy and at time of billing, you said there are charges of carry case which are very high .4. Your store staff have no sense of taking to customer. They are like as they threatening to customer- absolutely illiterate behaviour by them. i don't think that they are educated.5. They have charged Rs. 50/- from me for carry bag and also they have not mentioned or pasted the things/information at store. also there are price different at display board and billing counter.
                                      I am enclosing herewith you the bill of mine which i bought from your Hansi Chowk, Karnal-132001, Haryana Store and i will escalate it to further as much as possible option .
