[Resolved]  Reliance Mart — Products not delivered

I have to file a complaint against the manager name - Rakesh Malviya

This guy was not available at the reliance store.
They said if I will buy items of above rs 3000/- then they will deliver at my home.
I have been asked to be directly go home and expect the delivery soon.
Now when I called back this guy... he being a manger had no idea. On asking the status he again was blank. Now when I called again post awaiting response for about 20 min, I called that man again and he completely dismissed my request. Wasn’t able to speak in English properly and said he will send me when he can.
Then he said he will deliver before 9 pm. Anytime before 9 pm. I am not sure if he had taken this seriously. There can be items which needs to be refrigerated. I am absolutely disgusted with your services. The guy should be ashamed on speaking with a valuable women customer like this ...
If you can’t groom / or hire professionally groomed manager then I have no expectations from reliance at all.
Zero customer satisfaction. Hate your service. Items purchased are waste of money. Worst quality ever. Learn from dmart/ big bazaar... you will never learn I believe. Customer service should be priority for you. Reliance should take a strict action.

Need this to be looked at on priority. The manager was extremely rude. He shouted at me. He might take away all my items and will not even deliver it. #Waste of money #novalueformoney #refundmymoney
