I have purchased some items from reliance smart Shipra Mall Ghaziabad branch dated 27 nov 2022 of amount ₹3114.18 through paytm but due to branch operator technical error it doesn't reflect that amount has been received but from my side it has deducted from my bank account. staff requested me to do payment through another mode so i paid same amount through ICICI Debit Card. They assure me to refund my paytm amount in 2 to 3 working days.
From my side so many complaint has been registered still my problem not been solved yet.

Branch manager gave me his word that my money will return in 2 to 3 days. I visited twice in store. But they are just ignoring me now. They are saying that we have mailed to backend team and that team is not responding.
No I do not know to whom I should contact. Even they are not picking my calls.
Please refund my money ASAP.

Checked other complaint related to PayTM UPI payment fail. I request yo to correct this or do not accept paytm payment if this is harassing customers.
