I'm Vishnu Nair from Ernakulam. My data card number is [protected]. I am experiencing very low speed on the net card for last one week. the problem started by midnight October 5th, 2015. I called the customer care the next day and they said that the issue will be resolved by next day 11pm, then they said it will take another 24 hours and i raised a complaint on wednesday midnight. the complaint number is[protected] and they said i will be getting...
