[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Reliance netconnect billed even after Termination request

I had applied to termination of my Netconnect services and had even cleared my remaining dues. They call me up to confirm this and offer me 3 months rental free paln which I didnt not accept and told them to cancel my account. They said ok. After two weeks I get an SMS stating my plan has changed.I sent Reliance the following mail after I get billed "I had requested my netconnect account number [protected] to be disconnected on August 8th with service request no[protected]. I had paid my remaining dues and got the bill for the payment as well. After this I got a call from your customer service executive confirming the same and I told them to go ahead with the disconnection. But after 10 days I get an sms stating my data plan has changed and now I get a bill of Rs.266 even after raising a request for disconnecting my service." I got the following reply from Reliance "This is with reference to your e-mail dated September 14, 2014 for your Reliance Netconnect+ number [protected]. We regret the inconvenience caused to you and take this as a feedback to improve our services to meet your expectations. We request you to kindly reconsider your decision to exit from our services and give us an opportunity to assist you better. For Billing: As per Service Request ID:[protected], you are agreed to use the service in data tariff plan, BRDBAND2GB_5003MF with effect from[protected] in your account. Kindly note that as per details checked and verified in our records, the internet usage was found in this period[protected] to[protected]; hence, we are unable to process your request for the waiver. For Termination: Your request for service termination has been registered with service request ID:[protected]on 09/15/2014 at 01:03:42 pm). It would be processed with in 15 days from the requested date. The monthly rental is applicable as long as the services of your number are active. After the suspension of the services, you will not be charged for the monthly rental. The services of your number will be suspended within 7 days. You will receive a call from us within 7 days to process your request. Currently, the outstanding amount is Rs.266.46/- and the due date is[protected]. Hence, we request you to visit to the nearestReliance Mobile Store to clear the outstanding amount. However, the full and final amount will be known to you from Reliance Mobile Store while making the payment for termination. Regards, Nutan Sonkar Officer - Customer Care Reliance Communications Limited" After this I got a call from Reliance customer care and they told me that the mistake was from their end since they activated the rental free plan late by 15 days and also told me that they would reverse the Rs.266 billed to my account. Even after this everyday after I keep getting calls and SMS from customer care and I have to explain the whole damn thing to every single one and they are like OK sir we have taken this feedback and will forward to the team but nothing happens after that. Today I received an email from Sky associates " Dear Mr. /Ms.VIJAY T Reg: Your Reliance MDN No:[protected] A/c No :[protected] Bill payment over due366 /-RS Due DATE 29.9.2014 Dear Reliance Customer Even repeated remainder you haven't clear your Reliance overdue payment. Kindly make it by today to avoid legal action & get a special offer. Kindly ignore this mail if the payment mentioned above has been made already. Thanking you, For Reliance Communications Customer care In case of any issue please contact our email id skyassociates.[protected]@gmail.com We request you to kindly release the payment immediately on receipt of this mail either our customer relationship executive in his contact no [protected] Also you can make the bill payment through our online " Now why should I pay for the mistake from the service provider and get harassed??
