[Resolved] Reliance — Providing wrong information to customers and looting customers. | |||
Recently i have opted for the data services pack for 6 months, before recharging i called the customer care and enquired about the availability of 3g network in reliance since my phone doesn't support 4g. Customer executive confirmed me that i can connect to aircel 3g since reliance doesn't have 3g connectivity. I got it reconfirmed twice and then proceeded to recharge the pack for 6 months. It was working fine til 17th june, and suddenly 3g stopped working, on enquiry the customer executive mentioned that aircel 3g services are no more available for reliance customers from the past 1 month. If so why have you provided wrong information earlier?? And to connect to customer executive you take 20 to 30 mins of time and after waiting for so long also there wont be any proper information provided by you people. This is not the only problem there are many issues with your network. The worst network ever. The customer executives are complete useless. Every person says contradictory statements.
