[Resolved] Reliance Resq (Service) — Ac defect not attended and not responding to the the service call | |||
Sir, On 17.03.2016 the service person (Mr. Surajudeen) has broken the flap of the hitachi split ac and not attended the problem in the carrier ac which are in amc with reliance resq. I was not able to contact the manager or any other staff in nanganallur branch. I have booked the complaint through http://www.reliancedigital.in/resq_service_call. Html also. The complaint no[protected]dt 15.04.2016 and [protected] dt 12.05.2016. I have also talked to the customer care but no result so far. I dont know whome to take up this for getting things attended. This is not the first time every time when i call for service / to attend defect in ac, water purifier i had the same experience with the nanganallur branch.
