I had opted for jio introductory offer and paid 4500/-, they promised connection in 24 hours,
They installed the box, however it wasn't activated, the engineer who installed the box, told me it wasn't a problem at his end.
I contacted the people who took the order, they promised immediate activation.
I waited for a week and saw the after sales service was bad, with no connection yet and unwilling to compromise of bad service, i request for a cancellation, with multiple calls, i was told the money would be refunded after 60 days, in the form of dd.
It has been 101 days now, no refund yet.
I had called the customer care multiple times to pick up their equipment. After making multiple compromises on my work schedule, no one turned up.
* deposit accepted in card swipe, refund is in dd form
* during the installation, the engineer, notes down the layout of my home, in the jio engineer app. I'm not sure why a telecom company is collecting information of layout of our homes.
* service request cannot be tracked out side of their jio app
