Reliance Retail Limited — Usha, electric iron, ei 1602 | |||||
I am purchased 1 usha ei 1602 lt, ean#[protected], on 15/12/2016. During the uses of the such item it has found that, thermal regulator of iron is not working and totally heating stop.in the month of january i, registered the complain at the office show room of reliance digital at galaxy mall, asansol, west burdwan (Wb) after repairing 15 days reliance digital return & handover to me but after using found that it is not heating properly as specific heat is not generated by the item, i have again reached reliance digital show room and registered the complaint on 04/03/2017. Later on 1 week called by resq team handover to me the item and said that, it is final heat of such produces more exceeding heat is not possible to generate by the product after that comments testing and found it is not ok on proper way and immediately the return item on 04/03/2017 and said i have don't want if product is not working. Over to one month that item nither on condition of ok nor it is replaced to me and staff attitude is totally ignored for disposal of my grievance. This type of ignorance attitude of the resq team is not digestible. I am again says i have not want repaired of such item iam only want to replace the item immediately within week.
