There was a gift card of reliance trends purchased 4 months back and it says validity of 6 months .when i went to cash it in reliance offline store it says already redeemed..but i haven't used it and it is a very bad behaviour of reliance trends to say a non used gift card as already used

I purchased items worth rs.2298 from Reliance trends 1 week ago, and paid Rs.2298, and also showed the executive the transaction details for which the executive asked to pay the money again assuring that my money will get credited, but till date I have not received any money. Please look into the matter and help me in getting my money back

I have purchased a pant and two shirts from Peter england. The sales boy told me that after you purchase immediately we will alter (cut the pant as per my legs length.

I have purchased before 10 days, till date the tailor is not available.

One day 5 pm he was on lunch break,
Another day at 2 pm he went for breakfast.

These are stories i am listening every time.

When i told that i will give a negative feedback about their behavior. They are simply ignorant.

Neither manager or the staffs are responsible.

This is my official statement, no action taken further, i will go to social media.

1. Staff showing us dress item was rude to billing staff. I didn't choose a black leggings, at billing counter the staff threw the leggings at billing staff. This was uncalled behavior.

2. Paper bags should be free, when we do purchase.

I purchased cloths in Reliance Trends, Yemmiganur, Kurnool Dt., A.P. on[protected]Bill No.TRTJ[protected] I was made the payment through HDFC Debit card EMI option on[protected] but your sells executive told me that the payment was not credited into your account and not generated bill also, so again I was done the payment through ICICI credit card on the same day with bill No.TRTJ[protected]. The HDFC Debit card amount which I was first made the payment credited into Reliance Retail Ltd. on 28.09.2023 vide enclosed HDFC statement. I raised so many complaints in this regard. Hence, I request your goodself to refund the double payment amount to my account.

Hello Trends, I bought few clothing from Reliance trends Vasavi MPM mall, Guda Ameerpet store on 24th January on last day of coupons redemption. Registered number -[protected], At that day there is a huge crowd rush in store. As I am unable to trail some of them in store due to closing time. I want a exchange. One of the customer agent says no exchange in coupon redemption. So it is purely cheat on customers. I love to buy from trends everytime, but this is not fair. Please make changes in this policy. I want to exchange them if it is not happens then I will return them initiate my refund. I'm hoping the positive response from you. Thank you 😊🙏

I am one of the regular customer of reliance trends shops, Recently I have visited to reliance trends shops at Dharmabad dist Nanded pin code -431809.
I purchased some clothes. I went for payment to the counter. For that I registered my mobile number at your store at the time of billing. From that time the store employees are calling me during my work hours. They are calling me with bad intentions so I blocked their numbers. But they t calling me from different numbers. They make harrassing phone calls. So I want to stop it now. So make them stop otherwise I will file the complains. I am very disappointed to your service.

The staffs of reliance trends at Kannur branch are not attending any customers... They all are on their own world... Not even minding the customers ..also the clothes are not placed properly... Very bad experience at the trends. No manager at floors, kindly do the needful to increase customer care and services

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your Reliance Trends store in Dharwad, Karnataka (Store Location: C2W7+3CM, Vidyagiri, Dharwad, Karnataka 580004) and to bring to your attention an issue that remains unresolved despite my multiple attempts.

Incident Details:
On January 5th, 2024, I made a purchase, and unfortunately, I encountered a serious problem with the staff's behavior and payment processing.

Misbehavior Incident:
During my visit, the staff insisted on a second payment, despite my initial payment confirmation and assurance from my bank that the payment had been successfully credited to the beneficiary account. This insistence was accompanied by inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from the staff.

Unresolved Payment Issue:
Even after complying with their request and making a second payment, the issue persists. To my dismay, the amount has not been refunded as promised. Every attempt to inquire about the status of the refund has been met with further misbehavior and a lack o[censored]pdates.

I find this experience extremely disappointing and uncharacteristic of the service standards I have come to expect from Reliance Trends.

Evidence of Transactions:
For your reference, I have attached relevant documents, including payment confirmations and SMS notifications.

I made a purchase on January 5th, 2024, at Reliance Trends for the amount of Rs. 2156/- using UPI ID[protected]. I successfully completed the payment transaction. The amount was debited from my account, and I received an SMS confirming that the amount had been credited to the beneficiary account (Reliance Trends). However, despite this confirmation, your staff claims that they have not received the payment. They insisted that I make a repayment, assuring me that the initially debited amount would be credited back to my account within 24 hours. Consequently, I made a second payment with the help of my friend, using UPI ID[protected].

I promptly checked with my bank, and they confirmed that the payment had indeed been credited to the beneficiary account.

As of today, January 10th, there have been no updates regarding the issue. Whenever I inquire about the status by calling them, they consistently respond that there are no updates available.

I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I believe in the reputation of Reliance Trends and hope that this issue will be swiftly addressed to maintain customer trust.

Myself Deepu M S staying in sagara taluk, shimoga district, karnataka state. I am one of the regular customer of reliance trends products and I do visit lot of reliance trends shops around my district regularly. But recently I have visited a reliance trends showroom which is located in sagara taluk(pin code 577435), and I am extremely unhappy with the behaviour of some of the staffs who are working in that showroom, they are not at all concerned about customers requirement and they simply spending time in chatting with each others personal matter (especially the lady whi is working in ground floor). So please try to arrange a proper training to them and allow is to visit the showrooms happily.

I went to trends show room today that is January 8, 2024 to redeem the coupons . I was having coupons date of expiration was dec 25, 2023 whixh I know is over however I was still getting text msgs that coupon can be redeemed till January 8, 2024 that’s why i went to store bt the manager denied for the same and said it may be from the marketing side. Why being a customer i am being harassed either bh store staff or marketing staff no one is free to got and reseem coupons and than get to listen that no the msg is not true take action on this on the ummed basis such unexpected and ungrateful experience and harassment being faced no such term conditions were given when date was alrdy gove in text msg

i have visited reliance trends on 6/1/24 store located is vaishali nagar jaipur rajasthan, there staff told me if you are shoping above 4000, we will give you a gift, but when my bill was lumsum 5800 and i ll pay, then staff says we have no policy they was rude behave and use abuse language and misbehaviour.

My name is Advocate Abhay Kumar, on 30.12.2023 I purchased a shirt of Rs. 1049/- from Reliance trends palampur, himachal pradesh. During purchese, I made a payment by my debit card No.[protected] of PNB Bank, amount of rs 1049/- was deducted but the billing section said payment was not recieved, so he asked to pay again. So, again I paid said amount by UPI. Therefore, I made 2 payement of 1049/- . The billing counter person ensure that amount will return within 6 day but not recieved till date. I provided him all detail. The number of said person present in billing section is +[protected]

I purchased 3 items on 24th dec 2023 and they give me discount coupons on next purchase then today I purchased 3 items of 1500 then they can’t take that coupon and stating that on discounted items coupon can’t applicable but how do customer know. Misguiding the customer not satisfied.

Reliance trends issue discount coupons and says these are redeemable with next purchase of more items.
Like my family did purchase of 5000 and got 4 coupons of Rs 500 worth each.
Today I came to trends shop and came to know that these coupons can not be redeemed against offers.
BULLSHIP AND NON SENSE
This is how reliance makes public fool and cheated.

On 20/12/2023 Wednesday, my family and I visited the store with the intention of making a purchase. We arrived at 9:10 pm, well within the closing time of 9:30 pm, as indicated by the store hours. Due to one employee mistake I can’t take my
40% discount because she had completed bill but then I said plz give me my discount but she refused for new bill and then after she didn’t give me that offer .. it’s totally her mistake.. she is very confused person… I want my profit

Sir, I purchased a cloth from Trends Bandel more pin - 712123 on 02/12/2023. When I went to exchange on 03/12/2023 the cloth at women trends Chandanagar The store Manager said me that the cloth Cannot be exchanged due to JUNIPER BRAND is not available at this store. As per my knowledge the garment can be exchanged all over india within 30 days.
I am very disappointed about your rules and regulations about exchange policy....

I purchased some articles two years back at Reliance Trends, Bhawanipatna Branch, Odisha. For that I registered my mobile number at your store at the time of billing. From that time store employees are calling me like a credit card call center during my work hour from different mobile numbers. I want to stop it now. Otherwise I will file Consumer Complaint at my district. Non of the other stores are doing. So make them stop....

Hello RT Team, I hope you are doing well. I wish to know if there are any chances of getting your "current staff" fired from their job. They are just so unprofessional. When me and my partner entered the shopping mall and we were carefully analyzing the clothes that we wanted to buy, a staff member came over and literally influenced us to buy some irrelevant clothes that had supposedly some major discounts, but it suddenly disappeared when we went for billing. It was a very disappointing moment for us. Why would they do it? And when we went to get an exchange cuz we knew the terms and conditions, they simply ignored us and said that it didn't work like that. You won't be able to get a full credit refund, and you have to buy the items for the exact amount of each item you have purchased.

First of all, are they supposed to cheat the customers like that? Second, is it professional to harass customers and continuously persuade them? Pointless harrassment and egomaniac staff who are running this store.
