Religare Health Insurance Company — Refund related

Religare health insurance is a total fraud company. We purchased a hospital cash benefits policy of them through ola app. Terms and conditions at ola app clearly mentions 100% refund if customer cancels the policy within 15 days of purchase. (No other terms or exceptions mentioned. See attached pic from ola app). First they sent the policy late. Than policy doesn't seemed right as full details were not mentioned, neither they sent any policy terms and conditions from their side for study and queries were not answered. We also heard bad about them from friends. So we applied for cancellation within 12 days itself. Now they giving only 75% refund and just making an excuse it's due to about reason of policy cancellation. We gave the reason as that we have a similar policy. So what? What nonsense they are talking about? We just did not wanted to be rude by giving genuine reasons. We are not even bound to give the reason for cancellation! Terms and conditions no where mentioned that refund amount will depend upon the cancellation reason. We just did not wanted to continue this policy and that's it. Simple. And in fact they are a fraud site which we heard after policy purchase and just wanted to cancel. And even at their site, it's no where mentioned that refund will depend upon the reason for cancellation!! So why are they refunding only 75%? I will not leave these cheaters like this and also suggest all who are been cheated by them to move consumer court/other courts.
