I have gone for my eye surgery for retinal detachment in 13 fab 2017. I informed this to company in advance. Surgery was done in a charity hospital because this facility was not available in chain hospital. Company is not paying my claim of rs 26-27 thousand. Company declined my claim no 90316864 asking record of diabetes malate's. I informed them that i have no such record is available. I have submitted all records and reports to them but still they are denying my claim. They have all my previous medical reports. My policy was running in 3rd year without claim. My policy no is 10199181. Thia policy covers me and my wife. I complained against them to irda token no[protected]. But still they are denying my claim.
Please help me
