I've placed the order on Rentomojo for 2 beds, 2 mattresses and a sofa on 11th June and paid entire amount upfront. While placing the order items were shown as available in stock and ready to be delivered within 6 days.
First of all this company does not have a contact number for customer support. Now, since I've been following up these guys almost everyday for scheduling delivery - I got to know that the ordered items are not in stock.
My simple question - Why is this company taking orders if they don't have items available in stock and taking the money upfront ? Was this information helpful? |
