[Resolved]  Rentrip.in — Fake and frivolous information given on website

Hi,

I am one of the customer of rentrip.in and would like to share my experience with them. I recently planned
a trip to Pondicherry from Chennai with my best buddies and was looking for bikes in rent from Chennai to Pondicherry. I visited many web sites but they were charging a lot in terms of advance and somewhat I can agree with them in term of security of the bike but this was going out of budget for us. Then we got this web site and contacted them. I spoke to there Founder Mr.Agam and he was very nice in giving us all the information on the bikes and the charges and it was the same as mentioned in there web site. Furthermore, there we charging very less as advance as well. We booked the bikes and payed them through there web site payment gateway and there shared the booking number with us. While collecting the bike also they were very supportive, we checked the bikes and they were in good condition. We took one Honda Activa and one FZ-S. I had some issue with the self start with Activa but the person there immediately replaced the battery and get it worked.
Another instance, was after going a while we realized there were no mirrors in bike and my friend was facing issue in the traffic so we called them and in they asked us to go there other branch, which was on our way and they putted two mirrors as well.
I would like to summarize that, they were very much transparent with the charges and services.

This was my first experience with them and would like to continue it in the future as well and would recommend to consider rentrip.in for a smooth and worry free services and enjoy your trip :)

fully accepted they are not the largest motorcyle rentals in india but they are not even the least rental company, all the information given is fake just fake .

Hello Aditya Gupta (Mr. Fake ID). I saw your above complaint and i think it's totally fake because no customer with this name have ever rented a bike from us. And in the worst case if you have rented a bike from us please send your booking ID and other details and the place from where you have rented the bike. I am pretty sure that you can not provide that as you are fake and just doing this so that the customers can see some negative reviews. But Buddy all will be in vain because our real customers know about our service.
And to all the valuable customers, please don't go with this complaint. It's a fake ID and fake complaint. We are always here to provide you with the best service and proudly say that we don't rent in 13 cities but currently renting in 18 cities :-)

I saw this person is engaged in blackmailing reputed companies and in turn could get some money. I saw a pattern in his complaints. He creates fake IDs and puts complaints. He was also indulged in some criminal cases that I don't want to discuss here. Leave him guys to his own pity. Let him do it otherwise he would go mad.

it was all by chance i happen to drop in at this portal while looking for bikes to be rented in chandigarh for going to lahaul spiti for 5 days trip with my spouse. what i found is as such-
>rentrip.in is a three month old company and could not operate 3 offices with an initial investment of 100000 as per the details of company attached with the comments by someone, in case rentrip.in denies this he must prove the same some how or accept that they are speaking lie and information given on their website is totally fake.
>i wanted to take a 500 cc or a harley to experience the best. but as they advertised on their website they dont have any harley even their business associate in sector 27 speaking lie. as in chandigarh only one company cmd is having few harleys but they were very clear to me they dont have any association with rentrip.in or agam or kuldeep.
>for the sake of bikers and as per the experience of Roni Newatia whose comments are a question mark- why will some one post the reviews in the forum meant for complaints.secondly and most important, although Roni Newatia got a bike which even dont start, than on the way found that bikes dont have mirrors installed, than all the way had to call agam for this and that shows the quality of vendors and bikes which rentrip.in offers. its a pity that still Roni Newatia wants to take the services and to get defective bikes again... surprising.

over all if rentrip.in is having such vendors like rana of rana bikes as the person says, quality of motorcycles as delivered to Roni Newatia than rentrip.in is a risky affair full of deficiency in services, getting insulted in the hands of their vendors.
thses are my personal views about the rentrip.in and my personal opinion, rest riders from across the country must see to it by them selves.

one thing more, if rentrip.in dont have association with rana and they respect the comments and views of their clients or prospective clients, its surprising they didnot utter a single word to any one who is using such a cheap and third class language for any one in question. either they are hand in gloves with the person or they themselves are equally downgraded.as when i was going through the details my wife was with me and she was asking me the meaning of whatthe rentrip and their friends had said, and i didnot have any words.

Its so surprising that when Roni Newatia did not get a good condition bike why will he tak the services again? its surprising !!!
When he reached to take the bike possession bike was having problem, when he was riding the motorcycle and scooter he realized there are no mirrors, oh my god, still Roni Newatia wants to take the services.
I happen to come to this forum co-incidentally and am fully satisfied with the quality of rentrip.in that its all stupid and waste of time and money, I have seen the attachment by some one that company was formed just few weeks ago with investment of just 100000 and running 13 offices, its not only vague but a joke for any one who is in business.
another most important aspect is this rana, seems to be vnedor of rentrip.in from chandiagrh, he is so polite and civilized that shows his character of being a proffessional service provider, above all rentrip.in is on mute mode on hs comments of abusing a sardarji from chandiagrh;

First of all, as you yourself told that, experience of Roni is self explanatory - Enough to prove that bikes are available with RenTrip. Secondly, if the customer Roni is happy- why Mr Ash is unhappy? Next is for Mr Sunil Bandhopadhyaya- your starting line ' One more thing' indicates you have already said something? Where? From which ID? Which Fake ID ? You left a clue this time... Hmmm ...

ITS SURPRISING THAT SUCH AN UNHAPPY PERSON FROM A COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A BOOKING FROM THEM. STILL HE IS UNHAPPY. HA HA HA

if ash is unhappy why is black belt happy if service provider dont provide satisfactory services after taking money from riders whats wrong in expressing the views with freedom of expression.

what i understand from this forum is that rentrip dont have harleys and other high end bikes, they have only few bikes like scooters that too arranged from here and there without any commercial touch. why ere bikes not having mirrors is that commercial? No...

None of the unhappy customers of rentrip have ever taken a bike from Rentrip.in?

If anyone of the above have booking ID with them, kindly post them here as rentrip allows very unique booking ID.

And customer wo hota hai jo service le. Agar service nahi to kaisi complaint? Apni dukan chalane ke liye doosre ko badnaam karna galat baat hai Mr N singh.

Please check this Anti Trust Bureau ID on this website. If you will see the profile of this ID, you will come to know that complains posted from this ID have one thing in common. He posted complaints about Rana Cabs who is a bike rental company and rentrip who is also a bike rental company. It's a defamation stunt and nothing else.

He want to defame other companies and want to shine his own business in Chandigarh. He does not have any invoice or booking from any company. Since this person is also in the business of visa etc, he posted complaints about a visa company too.

He says everyone is fake except him. He goes to Internet cafe and make Gmail accounts and post with different fake ID. Please check his profile and complains posted by him.
