Dear sir/madam,

Reference deposit receipt no. 4536 issued by rbi, new delhi for exchange of sbns of the value of rs. 25, 000.

I had deposited this amount on 9 february, 2017 along with the documentary proof sought for availing of the extended period provided to indian nationals who were not in india during the period between 8 november 2016 and 31 december 2016.

During a personal visit to the claims section in rbi, new delhi in august 2017, i was informed that my claim had been rejected as my account was not kyc compliant. I took immediate steps to remedy the deficiency and my account was made kyc compliant. I have since been sending e-mails to the designated authority in rbi, mumbai at the following e-mail address – [protected]@rbi.org.in. I had also sent a letter by registered post on 7/9/2017 informing that my account has been made kyc compliant and with the request that the deposited amount may kindly be credited to the account specified in the above mentioned deposit receipt.

It is regretted that the designated authority in rbi, mumbai has not responded to any of my communications. The only responses i have been receiving is from the claims section, rbi, new delhi, repeating what has been communicated in their e-mail which advised that my claim was rejected as my account was not kyc compliant and should i have any grievance, i may represent to the central board, rbi, secretary’s office, mumbai.

As my account has been made kyc compliant and the conditions for exchange of sbn have also been complied with, i request your assistance in deposit of the amount of rs. 25, 000 to the account mentioned in the deposit receipt mentioned above.

Sir, my name is Amit Singh and i am studying in mathura. My problem is that the ten rupees coins are not in use in mathura. all shops and other transport system do not accept ten rupees coins. District officials are not taking any needed action against it. Please sir look into this matter and short out this problem soon.

      I have been using sbi anywhere mobile application. Transfered amount "9970" to my another bank account "lakshmi vilas bank. Amount debited and not credit to that account got msg"timed out". I call to coustmer care they telling vry cooly wil take 10-15 days. To solve this issue.
      Sbi providing vry worst service. Last time also took 45 days to refund.
      The same issue solved another bank within 2 days and refund me.

      R u thinking coustmer a fool by listen ur answers n being quiet. Mention this all lines in account opening form. No coustmers will come to sbi. If this continue's.

      Please make it resolve my problem withing 1-2days maximum. If not sure i make this as big issue & take action anti many of coustmers will react to this later see wat happens. I will claim complaint near by police station on sbi itself. Seriously it will become big issue. Amount is small but problem wil be big. U try to correct this with ur sbi staff. If not icorrect this in my way

        How can i cash 2 indian rupee drafts payable to me from 2 indian banks (Inheritance) at my malaysian bank in malaysia in ringgits? My bank in malaysia is telling me they have received a circular from india recently advising no indian rupee drafts or cheques should be accepted for deposit at malaysian or any south east asian banks, only telephone transfer of funds should be accepted. Therefore, my malaysian bank is unable to deposit the 2 indian rupee draft in ringgits in my malaysian bank account. Please advise if (1) this is in fact true; and (2) advise how and where in malaysia can i cash the 2 indian rupee drafts and deposit the ringgits into my malaysian bank account. Many thanks.

          Sir,
          I am rajesh verma. My contact no. Is [protected]. I had a credit card of rbl bank their no. Is [protected]. When i have taken this card, told me that no any annual charges of this card. But when statements are coming annual charges already added. After my complain this charges reversed by bank through mail on dated 31/05/2016. After then, i have paid my all dues and complain for closed my card.
          Now i got mail and many calls from rbl bank for dues payment of rs.4023.64, but after close my card i have not get any new card or any expences.
          I send many mails to rbl bank for reverse these dues and short out this matter. But i don't got any answer towards rbl bank.

          So, i requested you please solve this.

            Sir,
            I want to tell you that i am a shop keeper. I am very disturbed because of the coins currency. The coins not accepted by the bank and in the market. So that we have a stock of coins which are useless for us. This is a big problem for us. A new problem is also face by us that the small size coin of 1 rupees is not accepted by anyone so we have a big stock of that coins. Please do something for these problems.

              Got a fraud call from this number[protected]. He introduced himself as deepak sharma, calling from sbi bandra head office. Asked for atm card number and cvv. He said the account is to be linked with adhaar card, the account will be permanently blocked were the details not given. Ofcourse i knew its a fraud call, a lot of innocents might fall in trap. Please take required action.

                    I paid total amt of rs 224500 to rbi newdelhi.now they r refusing to trasfer my funds.i called them so many times but they did didn't reciving my cal.my fund prossising maneger is pillip morris.he is from uk.he is still in india.sir plz solve my problem and i requests u to refund my ammount.plz sir.they are fooling me nw...plz help me sir and refund my amount.when they refuse to trasfer of my funds of 4crore 65 lakhs then they again asked me to pay refundable charges of rs 25000. And i paid that full ..but still they not refunding my amount of 224500rs .plz help sir to refund my money...

                      I am using sbi credit card there are improper billings are found in my card bill since from my first bill they have charged me an an extra of 5000/- along with an interest.
                      I was called to customer care about the issue of improper billing but they are not responding simply they are asking my details and knowing simply my complaint details and saying that they a re rectifying it other than that nothing they responds to my complaint and please send me the correct bill to proceed further and the customer care people are simply calling for payment other than that nothing they responds. I was sent an e mail to [protected]@sbicard.com and [protected]@sbicard.com but they are not responding to my complaint number 1-[protected]. Always the customer care people simply calls only for the due payment of 5000/- this 4999/- is the sbi elite card annual charges which are included in sbi simply save credit card along with the charges of simply save card charges. If i call to customer care they never responds properly. So pleaserectify the issue at an early date. 7

                        Sir, i recharge idea mobile through mobikwik for rs. 230.00 on 20 sept. 17 & order no. Is en[protected]. Till i remind them more than 4-5 times they are not able to say that they done the recharge. Than i compliant to you. After the compliant there is call from mobikwik that they are refunding money but after one month they are not refunding my money. I thing they are cheating the people, so pl. Take action against them.

                        We are from silvassa Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
                        We have 10 rupees coins in our place. they are not accepting the coins of 10 rupees at any bank, rules of reserve bank of India which a Article he read in newspaper.
                        It be change or not?

                          I transferred money through neft in sbi net banking to airtel payments bank. The money is not credited to benificiary or not refund to me. It was almost 9 days completed but money was not credited or refunded.

                          Sbi customer care said"the money was settled in rbi". Airtel bank customer care said "we are not link up with sbi". Plaese help me.

                            I don't know if it's real or fake but if on any condition i have won that much of money that you can contact me & you can directly deduct the taxes, charges directly from my winning amount and give me the rest.

                              I opened my saving account in axis bank with 5000/- on 16/07/2017, and i always maintained the minimum amount in my account that is 5000/- required as norms as urban/semi-urban branches but on 11/11/2017 my account is deducted with rs 590/- rs (500/- consolidate charges and 90/- gst) while i am maintaining the minimum amount in my account, please help me so the bank will refund these unfair deduction, some essential detail of mine is -

                                "i have reproduced the mail received by me from rbi on 23/5/2017 stating my application for exchange of sbns tendered by me under reference che 002012 dated 24th jan 2017 at their chennai branch, has been rejected. I had replied to the mail and also sent my representation in writing to the address specified in the mail, that i hold a joint account with my husband r. Narayanan, at the bank given in my application. I had also explained in the mail that i was abroad during the period 10/11/2016 to 30/12/2016. Sbns deposited on 14/11/2016 in the said bank account is by my husband who was staying in india. If you call for the deposit slip from the bank this can be verified. I had given copies of my passport and visa stampings as proof of my absence during this period. I request you again to look into the matter and credit the amount equivalent to the sbns to my account at the earliest.

                                  Received fraudulent call from vodafone no.[protected] some amit mishra fron bandra head office asking for sbi card details. When i counter question him he told me that he is big officer working under rbi. So please take necessary action. At the end he tpld me that he is working under rbi governor, when i used abusive language, he told me he is governor... I have made complain agst him with cyber cell, also with vodafone.
