Greetings from the reserve bank of india foreign exchange department, we received your winning prize amount in cheque of £500, 000 gbp and your bank details from compensation unit uk and all have been verified and set for transfer.in regards to your funds transfer, your prize amount was brought in uk cheque and has to be converted to indian rupees before transferring to your personal bank account. The reserve bank of india rbi has ordered that the foreign exchange, conversion and transfer charges (Fees) must be paid before your funds can be transferred successfully into your personal bank account because it was stated in sec 3 (N) 4 rbi law initiative that the minimum crediting fees you will have to deposit for the total lump sum of your amount is rs.15, 500/inr.
This is known as foreign exchange, conversion and transfer charges (Fees).

Please note that you are also required to state in your corresponding e-mail the actual date you shall be making the payment for crediting fees so that we can send you the account details of our payment receiving officer where you will have to deposit the required charges.

Also, you should note that the insurance cover on your amount: 4, 59, 55, 200 inr does not allow anybody deduct from the funds as we serve all responsibilities in case of any eventualities because the funds has been cleared and registered here in rbi foreign exchange department.
We advise you do the needful so that we will complete your transfer process asap.

Note: please make sure you inform us in your next mail when you intend to deposit the 15, 500/inr. Crediting fee in order to avoid delay in transferring your funds.

      I want to register a complaint against a spam caller from this number [protected] had call me. He said that my a. T. M. Card has been blocked by state bank of india guwahati (Assam) and asked me to disclose my account details along with my a. T. M card no, validity and pin. When i refused to disclose the details he used slang and abussive languages against me. So i kindly request you to look into the matter.

        Sir,
        Specified bank notes (Sbns) - receipt no.20256 dated 28.06.2017 - rbi new delhi office

        My son in law, mr. Manjit singh, nri, has deposited specified bank notes (Sbns) of rs.500/- in rbi, new delhi vide receipt no.20256 for rs.16, 000/- dated 28.06.2017. (Copy attached)

        I have enquired over phone no.[protected]. First i was advised that case is rejected as the account no. Feeded in the system was wrong and accordingly the sbi advised rbi that the account is nre account.

        In this connection, it may be mentioned, that while submitting the old notes, the staff at rbi told us to submit the photocopies of all the accounts and we had submitted passbook of nre account no.[protected] also.
        Sir, the account number mentioned in the above attached receipt no. Is clearly written as [protected], which is nro account

        Sir, i should not be held responsible, if the staff feeded wrong account number in the system.


        I request rbi to do the needful and credit the amount of rs.16000/- in the above nro account as already 5 months are over.

          I have almost 25 coins of denomination of 1 ruppee and one of the shopkeeper owner refused to accept my coin. Why these all things are going on...??
          Again i insisted the shopkeeper that there in no guidelines of rbi regarding this but he said i can't do anything and i will never accept your 1 ruppee coin not only this he said u can complain anywhere against me...

            Dear team,

            Need some information regarding swiping of debit card purchase.

            I want to buy a bike (80, 000/-) at “khimji honda” and while i asked for debit card payment, they are asking 2% additional charges.
            After demonetization if i will pay cash then it is of no use of demonetization.

            So, if any rule or guideline is present please guide me for cashless transition through debit card.

              I would like to register complaint against pnb aundh branch and mr arora from circle office. They have not only over charged on fully funded bg but also without writtten or email approval wrongly debited our account for bg commission for next 4 years in advance. Why should a customer who is paying 100% deposit be charged bg commission in advance of 4 years.

                  This is the number from where i got a call asking the bank detail and my aadhar card details.

                  They said that they are from sbi bank and want to know this pesonal information for the kyc know your customer form fillup.

                  I denied and then they said that 4000 money will be deducted from your account..

                  I said that do whatever you want i don't have any problem.

                  So register a complaint against this.
                  And keep in mind that this number is fraud

                    I have hdfc bank credit card 545964xxxxxx5276 and according to my bill generated my total due amount was 105, 719.03, after making complete payment hdfc bank states there is gst which is charged on the next day of bill generation and the amount is 645.03. After speaking to cusotmer card excutive today he siad those are gst charges and denied reversing the charges after bill generated.
                    So please look into this matter as there are many banks which take money from cusotmers stating any xyz charges. Which is incorrect

                      I was studying ms at usa, when demonitisation was announced. I came to india in january 2017 and deposited my childhood savings rs. 25000 sbns of old 500 and 1000, on 27.01.2017 for crediting to my nre savings bank a/c no.[protected] held in icici bank, navi mumbai – kamothe branch, ifsc code. Icic0001486, which is kyc compliant.
                      However, the said amount is yet to be credited to my account.

                        I have account in state bank of patiala now merged with state bank of india where i have fds under senior citizen saving scheme. I have account in state bank of india which is linked to pension as well as other fd remittances. While opening sbp account, it was never thought that it will merge witg sbi... Now we are told to have only one sbi account? What will happen to all existing online linking like mutual funds, fds, pension etc... All bank details are already disclosed to income tax department in itrs... Feeling lots of inconveniences... Why should we be put to soc much inconveniences

                                  Hello sir,

                                  It is to bring in your kind notice that i mrs. Karuna jain w/o sh. Gaurav jain having a state government job has been applied a personal loan of rs. 10 lakhs with pnb court road muzaffarnagar branch, the request for which i had raised in the month of sep[protected]sep-2017) after submitting all the necessary documents and department approval, the loan was sanctioned on 16-sep-2017 of the requested amount. After the sanction, when no amount got credited into my account, i followed up with the loan department mrs. Mamta sharma & mr. Duggal (Bm) all these follow ups went in vain and after almost 40 days of mental harassment, i received an update which said that my loan amount cannot be more than rs 6 lakhs. They added that the person who had approved the loan amount had committed mistake and therefore further processing of the loan cannot take place.

                                  I also complain the pnb circle head and zone meerut on dated[protected] but they have no response in this matter.

                                    मेरा सीसीखता बैंकऑफ़इंडिया मैं था और मेरा मुद्रा लोन भी बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया मई था सी सी लोन मुझे LIC के एवज़ मई दिया गया था अभी मैंने अपना सी सी लोन क्लियर कर दिया मगर बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया मेरे ऊपर दबाओ दाल रही है की आप मुद्रा लोन भी क्लियर करो वार्ना हम आपको आपकी LIC नहीं देंगे और मुझे मजबूर और लचर हालत मई भयाज पर पैसा लेके मुद्रा लोन बरना पड़ा और मेरी LIC को छूडाना पडा किरपा करके बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया के ऊपर करवाई करे

                                        It's my humble request please take a action regarding the credit card transaction amount which they have transfered in unauthorised account.. I'm requesting to kotak mahindra credit card department nobody is taking care and they are not ready to reverse the amount which it has not been credited to the other bank.

                                        Actually 2500/- Has not been transfered to any of the Bank account but these fraud people's are telling amount transfers and not possible to Revere's it...I have submited bank statement and Everything...Please look into the matter and do the Needful as soon as Possible

                                        As per Bankers are telling amount has been transfered to Canara Bank account..
                                        But there is no Transaction for 2500/-
