    I m d holder of sbi account. An inappropriate cash transaction from my atm card was done on 23 rd dec2017 when d card was in my possession 3 successive transaction amounting to rs.10000/_ each was done. I hd came to know thru d sms. I was shocked. I lodged d online sbi complaint. On d contrary i visited d police machinery to lodge an fir but they simply lodged d complain and bank manager refused to accept d complain and also avoided giving dispute form. But now when dispute form is given they r not ready to accept it. After someday they closed d complaint by a being mssg d transaction was done successfully. Kindly do help as i m not satisfied d bank is fully taking his hand up and not at all cooperating in making inquiry by just telling that lodge an fir whereas we had stamped complaint copy of d police complain. Pls do investigate d matter at earliest as our heavy earned money is been withdrawn by d fraudulent. Sir. I am simple housewife and husband is on regular medication and my two children r studying.         I have accounts in icici bank, sbi, andhra bank some a/c s are inactive and dormant, i don't require that a/c's, when i go ask nearest branches they're saying lot rules and conditions and need to close in base branch, almost the banks are using digital technology why this much of negligence and they are troubleing customers in lot of ways as i have seen in many banks my sincere advice is rbi need to control them so please do the needful it may be helpful to entire indian peoples.

                Sir,
                I have make a transaction of 3365 rupees on 1st january through internet banking but the amount is cut from my account and payment not done. So, i complaint to sbi customer care on 6th january and the complaint no. Is. Then on 10th january there is a call by mob. No.[protected] on my mobile no. [protected], caller told that i am from sbi and you have submitted a complaint on 6th january about transaction fail and tell some other details, so i believe on him and he ask my banking details so i tell him. And then he said for reverse transaction of your money we have to done a reverse transaction and for this you have to tell me a code that you receive on your mobile no. And then he empty my account and done two transaction of 3365 and a sum of 6730 /- rupees. Then i call sbi and tell about the matter. They tell that you become victim of online fraud. Please help me sir.

                  No reply is sent by rbi to my representation made to the rejection of my claim on 23/09/2017and its reminders dated13/10/17, 27/10, 16/11, 12/12 and27/12/2017.in the matter. Arrange to get the amount to credit i n my account at the earliest.
                  Demonetised currency amounting to rs.20000/- was deposited in rbi new delhi in feb.2017 vide their receipt no.2037. The claim was rejected for want of wrong account number, the representation has been made with documnts that the given account is correct one in sept.2017, the reply is still awaited.

                  How much more time is rquired to attend this complaint.The relative copy of receipt is attached herewith.

                    Dear Sir,

                    This is to bring to your notice a case of wrong balance deduction from Savings Account-[protected]. The case is as follows:-

                    On 07.12.2017, at around 8.03 am, I walked in the ATM of Axis Bank ATM located in Raheja Square, IMT Manesar (Gurugram- Haryana ) to withdraw an amount of Rs. 20, 000/- from my savings bank account. I used the ATM & entered the amount & processed it but the machine did'nt dispensed the cash & I finished the transaction ensuring that the home page on ATM screen has come. Till that time the amount was not deducted from my account. But at 8.13.58 am I received a message from Axis Bank which showed that an amount of Rs. 40, 000/- has been deducted from my savings bank account. I was in a state of shock & hence rushed to the Axis Bank branch of IMT Manesar as soon as the branch opened & there I reported my complaint to the officials. The officials ensured me that the amount which has been wrongly deducted will be credited back in 24 hours & they also asked me to write the case on a paper & get it authenticated by Police as a precautionary step which I did. I wrote the whole incident on a paper & got it authenticated from Police Station, Manesar. The officials had told me that once I get the approved letter from Police they will take a look at the CCTV footage to get a confirmation of the incident. After waiting for 24 hours i.e. till today, no amount has been credited back to my savings account. To re-confirm & to know the further course of action I again went to the Axis Bank branch of IMT Manesar today where I talked to the officials & told them that my money has'nt came back & I need help. They then told me that it will take another 7 days to investigate the matter & get the access to CCTV footage. After receiving such an irresponsible answer I had forwarded the complaint to the consumer forum & you.

                    Sir, I request you to kindly look into the matter on extremely urgent basis & do the needful.

                        Dear sir, i got an amount of (500, 000.00 gbp) and all the required processing are over. A transit account was created and the rbi sent me an mail that they have received the the above amount, and later they give me a link to login and i filled my details like bank account details to transfer the money to my own bank account in that form but while transferring it becomes failed and asking me to enter cot code. And for the same, they told me to pay rs. 2, 65, 999/- inr to transfer the money to your designated account, and for the money to be paid i have been asked to deposit the amount to the account which they'll give details about a certain bank account. Please tell me whether it is fake or true and if it is true please clarify me. Can i pay the amount in the account they are gonna tell me. And if i did transfer my money and the cot is given. Can i assure the money will surely transfer to my own account after i enter the cot that is given to me? Kindly help me. My email id : [protected]@gmail.com

                          I have a small kirana shop in my village. I have from bargarh district, odisha. The small shopkeepers and small businessman like me were faced a very critical problems of excess of 1, 2 and 5 rupee coins. The discounted money to me has became excessive and it is not only me but also other small businessman faced. Please half the extreme story of these money. Because it is emerging as a major inconvenience. It is a financial problem of whole country. Please take half of these discounted money back, sir. Only rbi can solve the problem.                             I deposited cash in machine installed by state bank of india, lukerganj branch, allahabad (Up). They have deducted rs.25/=from money deposited by me. If such type banking rules are framed from time to time, why such rules are not brought in the notice of general public either in news paper or in the wall/notice board of each branch of bank. Please sms/e-mail/provide puphlets of such rule relating to bank a/c holder during each time of such change. Please keep transparency in all your policy/rule and develop confidence among a/c holders, because they are your customers (Date[protected]e-mail [protected]@gmail.com.

                              Dear all,
                              I am not able to do any transaction from my acct. No. - [protected] since 05-jan-2018, regarding this i tried to contact with customer care of hdfc bank, they gave me information that my account has been freezed w. E. F 05-jan-2018 due to non payment of due amount of credit card for last month.

                              I would like to know why any prior notice has not been issued for payment of dues for last month billing. Bank is not authorised to freeze any account without any prior notice. If any prior notice has been provided than what is the source and what is the reference number for that and who received that kindly provide the all these information within 24 hrs or release the account.

                              I have personal loan from axis bank whose emi goes through ecs in 5th every month. The payment is still due. Due to the mischievous act of the hdfc bank i would not be able to make the payment for that personal loan on time if the account don't get release by end of day of 05-jan-2018 and hdfc bank will held responsible for this deed.

                              Acc. To banking regulation act, 1949 bank can't freeze any client account unless it is npa or the customer is willful defaulter without any prior notice and if not credited within 3 months and repeated notice need to be provided and than only the bank can pursue to freeze the account, therefore its a humble request kindly release the account wef from now and proceed with legal way. This is totally illicit activity.

                                  I m swati garg. I have an account with axis bank sec 44 noida. I have withdrawal rs.3000 from icici atm 17/07/2017.
                                  21:27:32. I have no found money from atm but amount cut from my account. Afterthat i complain i my bank home branch. After a long period icici bank rejected and not to my money transfer in my account. It's a cheating with my. How can believe on atm of icici.
                                  And crime sell or police not to help me for cctv footagge. To clear to my transaction and refund me my money in my account

                                  Is complaint pr koi action nhi liya ja rha h to kya ye samajh liya jaye ki icici bank custmer ke paise ko aese hi hadapte rhenge . Or RBI bank ko support krti rhegi . Or custmer apne paise isi trh bank froud ka dekhte rhenge

                                    We had given the post dated check (Of 5/4/2017) to asian bariatrics on 23/3/17. The opposite party (Asian bariatrics) had cleared the same check to hdfc bank on 23/7/17 and it got clear on same date, which is gross mistake and completely unacceptable. For this very reason we wrote a letter to sbi branch manager and he promised to look in to this matter.

                                    After some days we took a follow up for the same thing and he (Branch manager, sbi) replied that he had been already sent a letter to head office for further process.

                                    Before a week we again took a follow up, but branch manager is changed at sbi, and he said rudely that "it is not my look out, this was the headache of old branch manager"

                                    We have salary account, fds and 2 company current accounts with sbi since last more than 1 year and we are satisfied till now, but this branch manager (Mr. Vikas pandey) also replied that if we want to close all the accounts we can. He replied us very rudely and he insulted our accountant.

                                    Here i am attaching that letter which we had written to sbi branch manager.

                                    Request you to look in to this matter. Looking for you kind cooperation.

                                        please help me on this matter as soon as possible because i a tourist here and i am faceing problem. they are giveing me coing bt they are refusing to take coins! i need a help they are pressurising me that go to police and what police will do they will seen what is going on in this country really i need help from this goverment what the goverment is doing everyone is faceing bt they are ignoring this problem .its a request to take any action against the shopkeeper!
