As discussed, no FIR has been provided to us till date.
We are, however, following up the case with our Centralised ATM Reconciliation Team and also the service provider maintaining the ATM.
The account holder, Mr Om Prakash Yadav, is also in regular contact with us and we are keeping him updated about the developments.
We will also update your about the final outcome of the case.
