I madhu dhingra wife of vimal dhingra residence of — a-49, neae saint mia school, dabua colony, nit, faridabad, haryana have opened an saving in stte bank of patiala, sector -15, faridabad. My atm card date has been expired so it is a kind request to you that please issue me an new atm card of which i am ready to pay charges of new card. I have done several complaints to your bank but it is sorry to say that there is no response from your bank side, i am facing problems in it so please help me in getting as soon as possible new atm card and new cheque bank.. My saving bank account number is — msb [protected]. Please give quick response, your service is very very poor in compare to other private banks, nobody listen in your bank. We have applied cheque twice form your sector-15 branch faridabad but no result, donot spoil your bank reputation by giving so bad response,

    Hi sir i m mayuri salunke from bhosari pune, maharashtra. I have to complaint about the money transfer of fraud. Actually i have get a call for job and they had said to me transfer the money to thier account for job purposes. And they have not receiving my call now. I don't known what to do now i have all details of thier account number and also the ifsc code. They told job of hdfc bank. Plz contact me my no is [protected].

      I got a call on 24th feb 2018 saying one of my atm card is deactivated, when i stared asking questions the person informed me that which bank atm am i holding amd asked me to give expiry date, again i asked questions and the person informed that he is calling from sbi bangalore head office, i asked him if you are calling sbi bank why are you asking which bank atm do i hold and how can you fix issues with other banks then he started scolding me and disconnected the call

        I am a savings customer holder of indian overseas bank, mvm collage branch - rajkot - india. My savings account no is [protected] on the jitendra bhanushanker shukla. I have problem with bank of not writing the exact particulars of credit and debit transaction in passbook. When ever there is transaction with any ipos the bank prints in my passbook as "asba: debiting th". There for nobody in the world can make out where with whom with which ipo the transaction has been done, and so i am facing problems with my it accounting consultant.

          I have transfered one amount through union bank which is wrongly credited to icici bank bhawanipore branch savings account we have contacted to union bank as well as icici bank, balance exist in the account so as per union bank request icici bank lien the amount one week has passed and union bank is asking for refund the amount from icici bank imps team but neither tjey refund the amount norgiven any reply. This type of service icici bank is giving

            I have been getting calls to repay barclays credit card payment which i havent taken in my life. Company called pheonix arc is calling and threatening me and my family members to repay or else to face dire consequeces. The keeping calling atleast 10 times a day and are spoiling my name everywhere. Can you please look in the matter and try to resolve.

                  Sir,
                  It's quite shocking for me that in past one week unknown and unverified transactions have been conducted by my account even though i haven't added that amount of money even in my paytm wallet but still in last one week my money was deduced directly from my account. My paytm history doesn't have any record of that, neither i have login in someone else phone nor i have shared my private info say as cvv, otp or anything like that. I'm quite worried since these things have continously took place in recent days.
                  Even now i have logged out from paytm in my phone also.
                  I have gone for various possible verification offline such as printing of mini statement which i will attach in this mail too.
                  I have my account at pnb.
                  I have done all possible things from my side like register for fir, send mails, blocked my atm card and many more.
                  Kindly look into the problem as soon as possible.
                  Waiting from an early hearing from you.

                  Therefore i m attaching the record of my paytm and mini statement of bank alsoin which the marked one's are the transaction that aren't done be me.

                    Dear sir,
                    I have one uber account which is linked with a paytm account.in that paytm account i hava a balance of 400. While i have changed my mobile the uber is not taking the accont associted with my uber account. It is taking the account associated with my mobile number. The paytm account is associated with email.
                    Currently i am facing a lose os 400 rupees. I have contacted with paytm customer care but not getting proper resppnse.

                      Dear sir/ madam
                      I have made a transaction of ₹7622 on 1st feb, 2018 through my idbi bank atm card at unit canteen fund mili ranchi in. The merchant has given to me a failed transaction slip. The said amount has been debited from my account but same has not credited to merchant. Also it was not credited to my account. So please resolve it as soon as possible. When i lodge a complaint against this transaction the customer reprentative answered me that
                      We would like to inform you that the funds will be automatically reversed to your account in 10 working days (Excluding saturday/sunday & holiday) if the merchant does not claim it.in case the amount is not credited back to your account even after 10 working days, kindly write back to us for further process of reversal.
                      But till today it was not resolved.

                      I just bring to your notice that you have refused reducing my home loan rate of interest but bank not return back my money 7000 rupees along with interest which I was deposited from July 09th 2009, after giving many reminders not getting good result, please have it done on urgent basis-

                        Hi sir,

                        I am belongs to Kalambur and I and my father who is senior citizen maintaining account in Indian Bank.My father who is senior citizen not able to stand long hours so I assistant to my father deposit money standing queue long hours. But people who are business men and mill owners, punchayat politicians directly enter inside business area who are sitting staff of bank and depositing and withdrawing there money. But we are keep on standing long hours in outside queue. Here there is no token system implemented and single window line is not maintained. At the same time the banks for public here breaching article 14 "equality before the law" article 14 fundamental rights.Daily wage people who come to Indian bank of Kalambur should loss that day lively hood wages, due to long hours taking for banking service. Kindly involve this matter bring reform in this branch.

                          I am DOTI SWAMI, Customer o[censored]nion bank Of India, Branch details Union Bank Of India, Nalgonda. A/c No-[protected], Ifsc Code- UBIN0537241. On[protected] morning i had used ATM Center for Cash withdraw purpose at (Using ATM ID-S5NC[protected], Kothakota,
                          Telangana-509381) Kothakota, Wanaparthy-District but I didn't get the money at that time but i had lost Rs.2000(Two thousand rupees) in my account on[protected] at 7:44 (A.M), I complained on[protected] to union bank of India customer care but union bank of India customer care had taken complaint on[protected] Complaint No[protected] . On[protected] I had got Rs.200(Two hundred Rupees) Only. I had been complaining many times to Union Bank Of India customer care about remaining Rs.1800(Eighteen hundred rupees) but I didn't get the money till now.I am complaining in my branch also but they didn't take complaint.I had Complained Indian Consumer Complaints Forum(ID: 1852362) . Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                            Let me inform you that i opened an account in axis bank (ASAP) zero balance link send by paisa bazar.com.still after 20 days i didn't receive any welcome kit from bank.i chat with official fb page of axis bank they old me you account has been closed due to internal policies.i visited to bank but they said we dont have data of ASAP account holders.no one is taking responsibilities.i have deposited money in account.i dont have debit card to withdraw neither mobile or net banking. dont know what to do.if there are so many complaints against ASAP account why they promoting to open saving account if they can not manage.kindly look in to the issue.my ASAP account no.[protected] anuj kuamr

                              I got a call from the number [protected] (True caller said name suraj pal from bihar) informed me, i am calling from delhi atm branch, i am going block your atm card. When i asked from which bank you are calling & tell me your name along with your post. He immediately cut the call.
                              When i call back this person, he told me no need call me, if you call me again i will complained against you.
                              I tried again 3-4 times but he didn't receive the call.
                              After that he again miss call me at 10.38, again i call back he cut the phone.
                              After that i call on 100, they told me go to police station & file a complain against this number.
                              Kindly please someone suggest me what should i do in this situation.

                                Would like to inform you that on feb 2nd 2018, when i was taking sleeping in the morning. I got a message at 5:45 am that there is a deduction of

                                Rs. 642 from my indian bank savings account (Account no:[protected]. When i woke up at 08:00 am, and saw a message, couldn’t recall what kind of deduction is this and saw there was a missed call from indian bank as well, so i called indian bank customer care number, and asked for the transaction detail. But the rep said that money was used to usa trading site.

                                Same day i went to my home branch (Hauz khas new delhi) at 1 pm and asked for the transaction. They suggested me that if you can’t recall the transaction, please change the pin. So that no one can use your card. At 1:10 pm, i came out from bank and changed my atm pin from bank’s atm which was adjacent to the bank.

                                In the evening when i was about to sleep, i checked my phone at 9:00 pm and saw that there was another message from the bank at 08:14 pm that there is another deduction of rs. 9432. Suddenly i went to nearest atm and withdrew complete money which was remaining in my account and suddenly called customer care to block my atm. Also launched a police fir thru delhi crime branch about the incident.

                                Next day, morning when i went to branch and informed about the incident, the chief manager mis-behaved to me and my husband by saying “tum log apne ander jhank ke dekho, galti khud karte ho aur aa jate ho bank ka time kharab karne. Humare paas yhi kaam nai hai ki aise fizul ki complaint sunte rahe. Bank ka kam hai paise provide karna that’s it. Apne account ki suraksha tmhari hai hamari nai”

                                Then he ran away. My question is if there was an pos transaction (As per bank) done. Being a customer, i should have received otp. Till the time, i am not approving it. How can you deduct my money? How the pos transaction was done, without a customer’s approval. How can i say that my money is safe with your bank? This was a horrible experience and horrible incident happened with me in the 10 years of tenure with bank.

                                Please suggest me and return my money as soon as possible.

                                Banks in Mumbai are charging 50 rupees as commission for deposit of 1000 rupees as 1 and 2 rupee coin.. But while they are giving money in coins they don't allow us to charge the same amount as commission.. Is it a new rule to do so..??
                                This is very ridiculous...

                                    I am amlendu tewari, i am working with a mnc bank, i got a call from a number [protected], caller informed me that my sbi debit card will get blocked and was asking for my debit card details. When i did deep dive of his identity, he disconected call.

                                    Please treat this as a matter of serious concern.

                                      I made a transaction of 6000 rs on 07/02/2018 using debit card.
                                      Account debited but not received amount to my paytm wallet.
                                      I complain regarding this issue to bank customer care.

                                      I also mailed to paytm regarding it.
                                      But not received any response from pnb as well as paytm.
                                      I tried a lot but fail.
                                      Please, take an action regarding it.

                                        Most Humbly I beg to draw your kind attention in significant matter .

                                        I had applied for pmegp loan of (soft drink )project cost 25 lakhs with my all document online one month before, today i approached central bank of india (rein bazar ) branch manager after instruction from DIC hyderabad authorities, they had called and asked to meet my account holding bank cbi branch manager, where i m maintaning my bank account for the past 7 yrs as intructed today i met br manager and informed about business project & my pmegp application but instead of cooperating, listening me he directly refused to accept my application and asked me to go other banks when i said i had been maintaing my account with your bank why should go other banks ?, and i asked him to give written reason he said he will send mail to dic but he didnt give written reason too .

                                        and this way he has refused my approved application of pmegp .

                                        (sir even he dont know about the pmegp scheme, he asked me what is pmegp scheme )

                                        Honest officer plz help me your my only hope and plz take necassary action against the cbi rein bazar br manager for not accepting my application when it was approved by dic, central authorites ..
