Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — cash not received from atm and debited in my account | |||
Respected sir, I have to inform you that i have been oerating saving account in idbi bank for account no.[protected] in the name of yogesh s. Panchal since june 2018. I have to inform you that on[protected] i was withdraw rs.8000/- from corporation bank, odhav branch but receipt not print due to atm machine problem and unable to dispense cash message on screen cash was not received to me and debited all amount in my account. I also inform you that after that i m again going to axis bank, odhav branch atm and withdrawl rs.8000/- this transaction has been successful. I have already complaint to idbi bank where my account is operating on[protected] but till time bank has no taken any action for my money. I have not my money refund till today. And also inform you that i have also complain on idbi bank customer care but till today bank has not taken any action and every day new commitment given me. I have complain two times in idbi bank for refund my money from corporation bank but corporation bank has rejected my application. When i was going to corporation bank odhav branch, staff has not given properly reply and said that i m not responsible for that. Please co-operate me help me to refund my money from corporation bank, Please take action immediately against bank, help to me to refund my money.
