Dear Sir, I have purchased slim massager from naaptol but first time it shown some error that is why i have made second attempt. In second attempt also it has shown same error but according to naaptol they have recd. the one payment. Details are as under Bank Name: Punjab National Bank IFSC : PUNB0474000 Amount Rs. 1898/- Dated: 20/11/2016 Transaction: 1) Billdesk/HPNB[protected]/[protected]/Naaptol 2) Billdesk/HPNB[protected]/[protected]/Naaptol According to the naaptol they have not recd. the second payment but my account has been debited by two times. I have compalined (emailed) several times but no response has recd.
