I haven't received Refund of Rs.790, issued by Amazon on 25/2/19,
The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected].
Payment was made by me through net banking of Indian Bank,
Kindly process the payment so that it is reflected in my account.

This is to bring to kind notice regd a refund of Rs.470.00 which is already done to SBI with ref ID 413128 bly Amazon.
I mailed thrice to SBI via [protected]@sbicard.com
But no response.
Pls look into this matter .

Amazon refunded the amount ₹ 729 on 12/06/2019 but amount is not reflected in my account . And the customer care of SBI didn't helping me . even I have reference number[protected] but they don't agree to care on this reference number . Please sir / madam solve my problem. My account is in State Bank of India secor 2 branch Noida U.P.

My refund transferd by amazone is not recevied in my SBI bank account. Amzone said that they have transferd my refund in My SBI account while my SBI branch saying that no such a amount is transferd...please kindly solve my problem so that my refund is reflect in my SBI Account.

Sir maine Amazon se pantaloons trouser order kiya tha or online upi ( sbi) se payment kiya tha fitting clear hone ki wajah se order cancel kar diya or Amazon ki side se refund kar diya gaya but bank delay kar raha
Sir mae amazon see gym ka product order keeye thee but wo return to seller hua ab tk mujhe mere refund ni mila hai 20 din hogya mera refund amount 999 hai amazon pe call krne pe bola ja rha hai wo refund ho chuka hai wo mujhe refreal code deye hai wo bole bank se contact kre but bank mere baat ko refuse kr rha hai what i can do? Dear sir,
I was using UPI bhim payment gateway mostly Paytm and Amazon pay.
On dated 04/10/2020 I was transferred amount of Rs. 300/- bank refrence id is[protected] having bank account with State Bank of India bearing no. [protected] my bank account discription attachment herewith.
Said amount was deducted from my bank account but unfortunately benifisory not received same till today. Bank customer care and Amazon customer care both not doing any help in this matter.
Later on, I was bill payment to flipkart through Paytm account from my bank account with AU small finance bank by Rs 173/- and 475/- with different separate transaction same reflecting in my bank account details but unfortunately not reflected in Paytm wallet passbook.
Now, I was returned products and flipkart issue refund to Paytm wallet but unfortunately Paytm wallet not reflecting me same till today.
The bank and payment gateway Paytm, amazon pay not do any help in this matter. Since long time correspondence results failed even Bhim UPI also not tack any initiative nighter online nor telephonic complaint.
Kindly do needful help in this concern.
