Resident — Property tax paid online to Chennai Corporation but receipt not generated

Dear Sir

I paid the property tax online to chennai corporation on 6th March'2021 using ICICI payment gateway on behalf of Mr.T.Venkatakrishnan through Central Bank of India with transaction id: 17163157. However the receipt is not generated

Kindly request you to look into this and do the needful to generate the receipt.
