[Resolved]  Retail Bunny — No refund for product cancellation

I had placed order for samsung glaxay s duos s7262 on retailbunny.com ( online shopping wesite )dated 28-April-2014 for Rs 7997/- through citibank account having order no 1080.The company initially told me the phone will be delivered in 8 working days butas the phone did not arrive in time i cancelled the order on 5-May-2014 . The company retailbunny.com told me intially that theywill refund the money 8 to 10 working days, when i contacted them after 8 working days they told me that refund gets processed in 20working days. So i called 30 May 2014 as it was after 20 working days as said by the company this time they told me the money will bedeposited by 5 june 2014, when i called them on 6 june 2014 they are now telling me that money will be deposited after 16 june 2014.Afternumberous email the retailbunny never issued in writing the date by which they will refund the money. Its is a fraud company . I have filied police complain for fraud against the company . All those who have had similar experience can do they same. This will help to nail the owners of retail bunny and save other innocent people from becoming victim to such fraud website.
