[Resolved]  Retail Bunny — Refund amount is not received

Dear Sir I have made online purchase of NOKIA 525 mobile handset from retailbunny.com on 14th May 2014 with invoice number: IN[protected] and order number 1148 & the entire amount of Rs 8, 894 was paid upfront since there was no cash on delivery option. As per the website the product was supposed to be delivered within 7 working days, but the same was not delivered.Since this mobile model stock was not available so refund process was initiated on 27th May 2014 with reference number :MMAHBYWVR. When I have made repeated calls to their call centre, then I was told that the refund shall be processed within 7 to 20 working days. After 20 days working days time was over, I was again told that the refund shall be processed by 25thJune 2014. Even today i.e 25th June 2014, I was told that refund still not processed and they are unable to provide a correct date by which refund shall be processed. Each executive at the call centre gives his own committed date of refund, but refund is not getting processed & they all give false information. I’m completely vexed by this company & its service. It is close to a month now, but refund amount is still not credited into my account. So, I request you to look into this matter & help me in arranging refund for the said amount.
