Dear sir/madam,
I am forced to take clarification for the following points from the owner of your company as you people at ritual holidays claim that you can't commit fraud or unethical in doing your business but who actually are highly unprofessional, unethical and knows how to deal worst with customers once booking is made and payment received at your end.
Please refer to the invoice provided to me for entire package rhpl2701 dtd. 06.07.2016 (Bill attached) where in the transportation cost before service tax was mentioned as rs.24, 500 for total 2030 kms of travel. It comes out to approx rs.12 per km and when i ask customized bill from delhi airport to dalhousie and then dalhousie to dharamsala airport for submission of bill to my company, you charged only rs. 9 per km instead of rs. 12 per km and all people at ritual holidays are arguing with me that company cannot charge more than rs.9 per km. What do you say for that? How much correct are you people charging rs 12 per km in first invoice and charging rs. 9 per km in customized invoice?
Also if you see day 4 journey in manali and day 5 journey in solang valley and view point, you have mentioned travel as 120 km and 130 km respectively in the invoice provided. Actual journey performed was not more than 20 km and 30 km respectively on those two days. It means you charged for 250 kms of travel instead of 50 kms of travel. Moreover ritual holidays cheated with me that for visiting rohtang pass on day 5 i have to arrange local taxi as special online permit needs to be taken. So many outside vehicles (Not local) took online permit and visited rohtang pass. Only you people have the problem of taking online permit to rohtang pass. You have mentioned rohtang pass in my itenary and charged 130 kms in the invoice also. It means you have to provide local taxi at manali for visiting rohtang pass. But when i called your company you denied that rohtang pass mentioned is only suggestive itenary for travel on my own. Never ever you mentioned or informed me that i have to hire local taxi to rohtang pass before booking rather payment is made by me to your company. I paid rs. 3500 out of my pocket for hiring local taxi of manali to visit rohtang pass for 100 kms of travel @ rs. 35 per km. What do you say for that? Are you ethical in disclosing complete facts about your itenary? Is it not fraud charging 250 kms instead of actual 50 kms journey performed on day 4 and day 5? On one hand you are charging me for 130 kms and on the other hand saying me that i have to hire local taxi to visit the rohtang pass. It cleary shows how much you are deceiving customers once payment is received at your end.
Further to add my irony with ritual holidays, please see you charged rs. 36, 500 for 8 days of hotel stay on twin sharing basis with an extra adult giving complementary breakfast and dinner. It comes out to rs 4562 per day of hotel stay on average. You provided 1 star hotel in shimla for 2 nights (Worst experience in respect of location, cleanliness, hygiene and food) and 2 star hotels at manali for 3 nights (Ok), dharamshala for 1 night (Bad), dalhousie for 1 night (Good) and delhi for 1 night (Ok). With rs. 4562 per day, we can easily get better hotels and 3 star also as it is end of season time. What do you say for that? Is it the value for money service guaranteed by you to me?
Last but not least, while discussing tour package sales people only communicate package cost but they don't bring to the notice of the customer about applicable taxes and later operation people says taxes to be paid extra after receipt of advance amount from customer. Will full suppression of so many things by not disclosing before hand. What do you say for that? Ethical and transparent way of doing business?
There is no co-ordination between sales and operations department of ritual holidays. What sales people commit or promise to customer is totally ignored by operations department. Sales department contacts customer before booking and till advance payments made. But during tour if customer objects lack / short of services provided to him vis a vis itenary / promises made, operations department says they will withdraw services immediately and threat customer do whatever you can. Very worst way of dealing with customers in case of any grievance.
Total breach of trust and deceptive ritual holidays to recommend to anyone such an unprofessional travel agency. Lesson learnt how to to deal with any travel agency in future. Hoping to change your indecent attitude towards customers and act to deliver promises made for genuine customers
