The car provided was dirty, driver dont have any idea about our trip's area Nainital, Kausani, jim Corbet. Hotels also which we have asked not provided. Our package was delix plus but they gave hotels of economic class. We have continously requsted them but did not lisented.

    Very pathetic company to deal with the person Ansuhul very very worst. very bad hotels no package tour planned and i got lost because of them .never go with these guys . i am still waiting for my refund of 5000 after 7 months.

      Complaint against Ritual Holidays Pvt. Ltd. - Sales Representative Jyoti & Service Representative Rohit Gir Holiday Package: Jyoti confirmed a Rs. 21000/- deal for my Gir package that includes Hotel booking & car travel charges from 4th Nov to 7th Nov. However, in Gir I requested for Swiss Tent and for which they increased the package by another Rs. 2000/-. when I reached the destination, I got to know that all Swiss tents were already booked and I was incorrectly promised. They looted additional money from me and it was an ambarrasement for me and my family. Thankfully I spoke to the Hotel manager and he gave be a good ac room. Another broken promise was I was informed that I would get a Tata indigo for car travel but got Maruti Swift The car charges were promised to be covered but he asked for Food & dinner which as a human I couldn't deny I want a refund of my overcharge and also a compensation for bad experience.         The complaint is for :rporate Office: Ritual Holidays Pvt. Ltd 2172/5, Second Floor, Guru Arjun Nagar, Metro Pillar No 226, Opp West Patel Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi- 110008, India I would like to inform you that Ritual Holidays ( Delhi Branch Mr . PS rajput [protected])cheated us big time and had given us false commitment on all the aspects.Our trip to Kashmir is the most pathetic experiences we ever had!! 1.The team had committed and told us that all accommodations are of 4 star..however, we were made to stay in not even 2 star properties . 2.We had to pay an additional 9000 Rs to the agent for our Srinagar accommodation because we could not stay there and he had demanded that amount from us to shift us to better accommodation( Mannat Resort) 3. As per commitment, All transportation for sight seeing was included in the package. We had booked an INNOVA for 24/7 availability. However, Their trip organizer at Kashmir ( Mr, Tahir) dis agreed and said that we will have to bear all the cost for travelling to local sight seeing.We had to spent another 15K amount paying for vehicle at pahalgam, Gulmarg and Sonamarg. 4. They charged us 13k for cancellation charges. However, Mr. Tahir very clearly stated that it was never booked until 22nd May so I wonder why did you charge us 13 k and for what??? 5. Ritual Holidays changed all the accommodation in the last hour and made us to stay in non rated hotels. 6. Right from the beginning we had clearly stated that we never wanted to stay in the House boat still we were forced to stay which we had to change in the last hour paying an additional 3 k. Overall, we had a very traumatic experience and we would like you to return the additional money which we spent on the trip to make it livable. Pls. refund the amount ( 9K +15K + 13K ) = 37 000 Rs to us at the earliest and confirm And now, They are just not responding. Pls. help in getting this resolved. Saket Kumar [protected]

        RITUAL HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD. A TOTALLY HOPELESS SERVICE - Trip to Udaipur, The Hotel booked was hopeless - not worth, moreso even the transportation provided was not proper. Even on 29th Dec. after 3 P.M. no vehicle was provided. Had to arrange another Hotel at Udaipur and extra charges were directed to be paid. Initially the Hotel was not in the list but later it was added and provided. Photos taken and sent back. No proper back up..A totally Hopeless service. I am intending to file a complaint with Taxation agencies and also with the Consumer Courts for the cheating done. The services provided shows that the so called reviews are all arranged and manipulated. A demand of Rs.38, 650/- INCL. TAXES was made and paid. No Proper Bill showing GST has been issued. The trip was from 28th Dec. 2017 to 31st Dec. 2017 the Hotel at Pushkar and at Mayur (Mayur Inn) were pathetic - not worth.
