I have bought an two Parryware closets six months back.
One of the closet's cap is not fitting properly and for another one's faucet is broken.
I have raised a complaints so that the service representative checked and said he ordering new spare items from the head office as it is not available in his local office.
After that, whenever I checked with service rep, he informed me that the ordered item did not received to local service representative for the past two months.
The issue exists from the initial day itself.
Parryware provides only one year warranty and it seems that they will take more than one year to resolve a simple problems and make the warrant expires before the next issue arrives.
Its highly disappointing because I don't get the updates on the complaints tickets and sometime I used to get message saying that the complaints are resolved.
Its simply waste to provide the warranty as it is not going to resolve within warranty duration.
