Issue Details/Background:

I purchased parryware western closet and after installation from day 1 the water is not draining completion.
I raised ticket for which the technician asked me to recheck and reinstall the unit for mounting.
Even after the same was done the issue was not resolved and i reported the issue exists and second technician recorded the issue.
On observing it looks more of manufacture issue/design issue that water not draining as standard S trap model and the technician reported that it will be taken to quality team.
But the ticket was closed and no response from either of technician after the initial response whenever the ticket is created.
The ticket was closed without any intimation on resolution and i have been following up with Parry team for last 3 months with no resolution.
On further continuing for explanation on why the model is not working as expected the parryware team gave the response in email as below:
“Kindly check the below remarks from our QA Team
QA said " its a siphonic closet so water stagnation on the bowl is correct it's a design May be customer using earlier in washdown closet so they don't know below model concept" “
I explained that the model I purchase was “Parryware Entice” -Type Washdown as per specification mentioned in there website ( Link Below) but the QA gave a different feature which shows that the product is not behaving as expected as per the parryware official website.
The model mentioned by parryware entice model is mentioned as "Washdown" model in parryware website hence its either the technical team is wrongly communicating to me or the site information is wrong in either case i am the impacted customer manufacture /design issue.
The siphonic model where water is stagnating is poor in design and unhygienic for the kids and elders using it from the beginning of day 1, I have been raising this issue since this is not the expected way the Entice Western Closet . The water is in the bowls to 1/3rd always on usage with the fecal material floating till the water is pushed out usually in standard S Strap washdown model the water will be auto drained will the brim of the S bend.
I raised the issue for parryware team to process refund for selling wrong product with wrong description which the company made mistake in the first place or provide replacement of new washdown single piece model to correct the mistake made by your design & techincal team with free installation by your team as the existing product was reinstalled based on your company technician advice. (original installation charge+ reinstall charge)

5 tickets reflects in Parryware App where charges are added and closed, however I have not paid any fees till date as its covered under warranty.
There is no transparent process on the resolution handled by Parryware and no nodal escalation available for manufacturer issues /Design issues/ and no responsiveness from parryware.
Kindly request your help in returning the product and processing the refund for the defective product.
