A wall-concealed cistern was installed a year back & still under warranty against which I have a conversation with parryware during installation which itself is proof that it was installed a year back. Now, as if I cannot find the invoice they are denying my service and refusing to repair in warranty.
Initially the customer care were ready for repairing the same and came to my place but after getting the fact that some components need to be replaced, they denied. It is also pertinent to mention that initially some amount of water was being flushed but not it is not even releasing a single drop.
A person puts all his money & trust to parryware only with the hope of better service and better product but this type of incoordination is hurtful.
No one deserves this from a giant sanitary company.
Kindly look into this matter soon and provide me with a service that is justified.
