After they have confirmed that ordered item is not available order is cancelled. After one month they sent the item to my surprise and item is returned back. They confirmed that mobile is received back. Now from a full month I am trying to contact them for refund. Nobody is picking phone and no reply on mail. Rocking deal is big scam. Never buy from them. Their online store is not showing any record of order also.

Hi, I have purchased 1 Redmi Note 4G handset from your Badarpur store on 30th September. Next day I have noticed that the handset is having some issues with its proximity sensor because the screen was not turning off during the calls. I'd informed the same to the Store owner and he has asked me to come after 3-4 days for the replacement as he was not having the spare handsets. I'd visited to him on 5th September and he has given me another handset but that too has given me the trouble in next 2 days, a white line is coming on the screen without doing anything, which I have reported to him again but now he is saying that he can't help on this and I need to visit some service center. Now I have 3 major concerns; 1. Is that all handset being sold by rocking deals/TechNix Electronics are defective ? 2. I have been purchasing refurbished/unboxed mobiles since long from Ebay and Shopclues.com but I never even faced any issues. While buying the handsent I have been told that if handset will have any issues, he will help atleast for a week, which is not the case now. 3. Even while buying the handset, Store person has taken 7000/- from me, when I discussed that on website this handset is availabe for 6699/- he said that this is the additional cost for Tempered glass+our physical operating cost but Bill was provided for 6699/- only. Now I am feeling cheated, Looking forward to have your help on this matter.
