Dear Sir/ Ma'am, I had ordered a photocake from Rose & Petals with Order ID OHRWE15030, for my First Month Marriage Anniversary The cake wasn't delivered on time... My guests had left by that time...I haven't received the bill of the cake... The Delivery Boy was not giving the proper information... I had inquired that will I be able to get a chocolate truffle cake n I was told that I will get a truffle cake but it was a normal chocolate cake... There was no card along with the cake nor my msg was written on the cake Last but not the least the photo did not cover the whole cake... There was a rectangular photo on a round cake...
