[Resolved]  Rose N Petals — WRONG CAKE DELIVERED AND ARROGANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Order No. ASONB93712 I had ordered a egg less choclate cake. They said they would deliver it on the next day evening to the birthday person. I tolerated it. Finally at 6.30pm, they delivered a normal pineapple cake instead of a choclate cake. When I immediately raised a complaint, they had mentioned that they would replace it and that I should not use the wrong cake they had given... else .. I wont get any replacement. So, we had to halt the cake cutting and wait. Such height of stupidity their delivery person followed that he went to the nearby bakery.. got some cheap rated choco cake in tirupat and delivered it with the same bakery cover and took the pineapple cake back. When I called their customer care, their executive was very lethargic about the mistake and he said.. send a mail and we will see to it. I said i would go to the consumer forum and he said .. dont threaten us.. our legal team will see to it.. we dont care. When I asked for his name, he said I AM NARENDRA MODI...what will u do?
