Last 3 month pending my claim clearance. I will following call weekly then customer care told me in process for every time. Before diwali i was told it was requirement cancel cheque with name printing. This information not provide first time this is requirement cancel cheque with printing name?. Now claim clear time requirement and delay my cleam.
Already send cancel cheque. But now one more time send email attached cancel cheque.
