I had insured my Hyundai Creta with your Motor insurance last year.It met with an accident in October 2019 and was repaired in Classic Hyundai workshop in Kottakkal.Kerala.for an amount of around Rs 47000/.In Jan 2020I received a message from you stating the transfer of the amount to my account with Dhanalaxmi Bank, Edappal.But till now no money is transferred. I had sent several emails to your Financial Section., but no positive reply so far. I am totally disappointed with your attitude and do not know how to proceed. Please look into the matter urgently.
