Dear sir/madam, This is the limit of carelessness. Your staff of customercare is very very careless. Three (3) times, i have received the car policy with worng dob and not endoressed cng kit. Please note that inspection in respect of my car no. Dl2cam9950 was done on 13.12.2018 and photographs of the car as well as cng kit was duly taken in respect of my car policy no. Is vpb[protected] dated november 19, 2018. You are requested to kindly search your records properly and issue me the fresh car policy with endorsement of cng kit and incorporation of my correct date of birth which is 30.11.1967.
