Royaloak Furniture — Product not delivered for order ROY00111781 informed me unable to deliver and refund the amount

Sir I had ordered cot vide order no.ROY00111781 on June 12th 2021.I received a message from [protected] that product cannot be delivered to your location. I said to refund the amount. Again I received message that refund was initiated on June 21 2021 it will be credited to account with in 15 days. Already 15 days completed but amount not refunded to my account
