RSRTC — refund of my failed transaction | |||||
I was trying to book ticket on rsrtc online booking site but the transaction failed. Money was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. My transaction details are - Booking date - 16th june Amount - 1102.90 inr Boarding point - haridwar Destination point - jaipur Bus type - super luxury It has been more than a week now. According to website the refund was supposed to happen within 7 days but it's been more than a week. I need refund of my money asap!! Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi Fraud Rsrtc Bus This is Arvind Kumar Kanthaliya I have been booked Bus Udaipur to Barisadri on 16:31 PM on 14th August 2019 and Money deducted from my account and There is no bus found So nobody is responsible for this So if my refund not credited into my bank account asap then I will complain to higher authority in Rsrtc

I was booked a ticket on 2 March 2023 but on 4th March I was received a message from rsrtc in which written that, your bus has been canceled due to unavoidable circumstances. The ticket amount will be refunded within 5-6 days . But still I have not received my refund . Ticket details are shown below
