On[protected] I had given my permanent driving license test and i successfully passed my test and officer took my dl form with him .
Since then I had no update on driving license on sarthi.nic it is stuck on "RECORD TEST RESULTS OF DRIVING TEST" and it has been around 3 month without and further action. I had also been to Indore rto but there was no help from them they just send me from one counter to other .
Please help me regarding this issue and i request you to take quick action

My driving license has been issued now for quiet some time now, yet it still is showing up for printing in form 7 for ages, why is the process so slow, i complained on the saarthi portal too, but it has been weeks and nobody has responded, they do not even care to respond to complaints,

This is in regards to my DL name change request I placed the request in Dec 2021 and uploaded the all documents in MARCH 2022 its been months now no action has been taken from there end they keep on asking me to upload the documents over and over. Now there is no further update on there portal. They harassed me like anything. The request is still pending at SARAI KALE KHA office. Please ask them to process the request on asap basis. Application number [protected]. I won’t mind going legal now since they mentally torched me. it says "APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL"

I then passed the online test. But after few days I received the notification that my application is rejected and can't proceed further. I had applied for endorsement of LMV in my existing 2 wheeler licence in June, 2021 last year. All the process and procedures were done including DL test and LMV was added to my license. But the DL card has not been dispatched yet. I have tried many times with the authorities in RTO, Patna but everytime got the same answer that it is being processed.

Please look into this matter as I've been waiting for the DL for past one year, even after following due process. In case any information is required regarding the DL please let me know.

I have purchased Hyundai Venue (TS-07-HW-8215) on 29th oct 2021 registration date but still i have not received my rc book, when i went first time to Kondapur rto they given post office tracking number which is ems traking then went to kothaguda post office so they said please contact rto as we returned your RC book then again went to rto they said please visit kothaguda post office and saying we dont have your rc book, you have to contact post office only or else apply for duplicate rc book and for duplicate rc book all the documents required which is fir copy, valid insurance, address proof etc but why should i apply for duplicate rc book for which i have not received my original rc book, request you to please look into this matter and do the needful asap.

Hi,
My name is Shivangee Gupta, and I am from Rasulabad Kanpur Dehat District. I applied for an online LL test and got an application ID and Password. After giving the test and qualifying for it (The result showed that I had passed the exam), I received the message that my application was rejected.
Please resolve this issue. I don't know what else I need to do. I am going for my higher studies in the USA in August, hoping to get my license.

I had given the driving test in RTO Kanpur. After giving the test I got a receipt with result of the test. Even after 15 days the status of the application is in "RECORD TEST RESULTS OF DRIVING TEST" stage and showing counter as "LLAPPROVAL". I've raised two tickets online using the "File Your grievance" button but there're no updates on it. I called the customer care number, the representative wasn't able to help and asked me to visit the RTO.

I had visited the RTO last Friday. The clerk collected the relevant docs but when I asked when it'll be resolved, he said he doesn't know.

What's the point of having online grievance system or customer care number if both of them are useless? Clerk and officers don't have answers. What are we supposed to do? Keep visiting RTO?

I Subroto Kumar Mondal applied for DL vide application number[protected] for MCWG and LMV. The test date was scheduled on 15 Feb 2022, but due to local election the date postponed by system on later date. My LL was expiring on 13 Mar 2022 and I request to RO taking test on 10 Mar 2022 to conduct the test and he agreed upon. I appeared for both the test and declared pass by the person conducting the test. But following days I didn't received any SMS. I submit my grievance after month but it was closed on same day without any resolution. I reopen it after one month, till date no result or response received. please suggest any move for aforesaid.
