To the date, it shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & PSV badge is pending.

So kindly request you to speed up the process for my application [protected]

I have purchased Hyundai Venue (TS-07-HW-8215) on 29th oct 2021 registration date but still i have not received my rc book, when i went first time to Kondapur rto they given post office tracking number which is ems traking then went to kothaguda post office so they said please contact rto as we returned your RC book then again went to rto they said please visit kothaguda post office and saying we dont have your rc book, you have to contact post office only or else apply for duplicate rc book and for duplicate rc book all the documents required which is fir copy, valid insurance, address proof etc but why should i apply for duplicate rc book for which i have not received my original rc book, request you to please look into this matter and do the needful asap.

It was applied with all the documents and address proof needed on 17th May 22 its been more than 20 days status is same as verifying documents. My name is Shivangee Gupta, and I am from Rasulabad Kanpur Dehat District. I applied for an online LL test and got an application ID and Password. After giving the test and qualifying for it (The result showed that I had passed the exam), I received the message that my application was rejected.
Please resolve this issue. I don't know what else I need to do. I am going for my higher studies in the USA in August, hoping...

I had given the driving test in RTO Kanpur. After giving the test I got a receipt with result of the test. Even after 15 days the status of the application is in "RECORD TEST RESULTS OF DRIVING TEST" stage and showing counter as "LLAPPROVAL". I've raised two tickets online using the "File Your grievance" button but there're no updates on it. I called the customer care number, the representative wasn't able to help and asked me to visit the RTO.

I had visited the RTO last Friday. The clerk collected the relevant docs but when I asked when it'll be resolved, he said he doesn't know.

What's the point of having online grievance system or customer care number if both of them are useless? Clerk and officers don't have answers. What are we supposed to do? Keep visiting RTO?

I Subroto Kumar Mondal applied for DL vide application number[protected] for MCWG and LMV. The test date was scheduled on 15 Feb 2022, but due to local election the date postponed by system on later date. My LL was expiring on 13 Mar 2022 and I request to RO taking test on 10 Mar 2022 to conduct the test and he agreed upon. I appeared for both the test and declared pass by the person conducting the test. But following days I didn't received any SMS. I submit my grievance after month but it was closed on same day without any resolution. I reopen it after one month, till date no result or response received. please suggest any move for aforesaid.

Hello sir/mam,
I am Aarush Gandhi, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO, SAHARANPUR (UP11) Uttar Pradesh, I passed the test on 04/06/2022, Today on 06/06/2022, I got a messaged stating "Your Application is Rejected" without any reason mentioned. Please refund my amount or at least state the reason for rejection so that I can apply again with that in mind

My DL with UP47 /0010826/2020 has been approved from RTO, Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh on[protected]. It's been 1year and still DL has not been printed and dispatched yet. It Says on the website "https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/applViewStages.do" that PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD ).
Photos are attached for more details.
Kindly print and dispatch the DL as soon as possible on my correspondence address.

As per the new guidelines, the user can download his Learning License from the portal, once he clears the test. It's been 3 days and it is still pending from their side.
I have tried contacting them so many times but no one at the RTO office picks up the call, not even once.

Please approve my pending learning license from your side.

Hi,

During my 4 wheeler license application, I submitted my aadhar which has correct DOB. But I got my DL with wrong DOB [17/06/1972].

When approached RTO to correct it then I got to know that it can not be corrected, I have to apply new one.

As a consumer, why shall I suffer and pay money again to make new DL.
Why it can not be corrected based on passport/Aadhar? Are they not valid documents?

Pls help.

Took the test via RTO KHARAR PB27 on 30th May 2022 but the status is stuck at pending stating 'APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY'

Ideally this should be automatic once the online test is cleared but this hasn't happened yet.

I have been facing serious issue during my holidays in lonavala. Autorickshaw divers are charging Hyperfare without using meter. The meter is put up just for show. For journey of 1 km or 2km they are charging 150 to 200 rs which burning hole in common man's pocket. Govt should make it compulsory to charge as per schedule tariff prescribed by authority. Please request you to take necessary intervention into the matter.
