I have applied for 2 wheeler without gear driving licence mcwog. When i went for driving test. They informed activa comes under mcwg (With gear) so they refused to take my test and told you can ask for the refund. But as i knew that rto being a government body won't return my money. And the people over there were not even ready to listen and help me out and said you won't get your money. You should never pay online at government sites and that is the reason agent are there who takes the commission and operate their business. I want my amount to be refunded.

I have appointed for MCWOG permanent driving licence test today on March 24, 2020 at amravati rto office, but due to lock down & section 144 the rto service also not available & department suggested not to come at all. Alright, but my learners license will expire on March 29, 2020. So you have to give me appointment after March 31, 2020 or if above is not possible then I want my refund which I have paid for driving licence test.

I had obtained learners license for LMV and MCWOG which I got n before expiry of the same I applied for Permanent license.I got appointment of 19th Jan 2018.While applying, I never got appointment of MH 12 as it was not at all there, so I applied at MH 14. When I reached there I had to pay INR 300 In addition to fees paid online of INR 1066. I was informed there that I should have applied at MH 12 (Which was never on their site).Hence my test was not carried out.My application no is [protected].

When i went for driving test i came to know that the address was not got printed on the print. so they refused to take my test and told you can ask for the refund. As I applied for name change on dl during payment rto got change from wadala to nanded rto so I asked for refund as u know our govt once they get money if it rs.1 also they will not refund so there mini govt i.e. agents will charge more. Govt employees r more worst than that coz as usual they r always poor to provide you with correct guidance and information so if our govt works online or offline govt will be same "WASTE"

I have appointed for driving licence test on 21th jun 2018, MCWG, LMV but i haven't took my veical with me so i ask for veical by rent of trial to driving schools teacher he said -: without any agent we don't help anyone...thean i ask for their charges he said INR 800.
Then i was qustion HE for there charges he said its a commision of 👮
I just wanna trying to say..without any agent or any pay off dont try to be a LEGAL driver...

I just pay renew of learning with driving test fee e-challan also create but when i enter my application number it not show my payment details my application number is [protected].
