This piece of [censored] cheated me of 2000 rs in the name of renewing my license. Ofcourse after taking my original license and 5000 rs from me at the RTO office, he called me after some time saying there is some problem with my license and he needs 12000 ( twelve thousand) rupees more. I became suspicious so I asked him to forget about renewing my license and return me my 5000 rs and original license instead. He gave lots of excuses to wriggle out of returning the money. I went back to RTO compound to confront him. There he used all kinds of tactics to intimidate me including accusing me of misbehaving with him. He even pretended to call the police ( see the gall, the gumption with this cheat and thug). I stood my ground and was ready to call the police myself. He eventually agreed to return me my license and 3000 rs but deducted 2000 rs giving many excuses about the expenses he had incurred already.
Be careful about this thug who goes by the name of Kuldeep Nagar. One can already see lots of complaints against this thug online. I wish I had checked him out before handing him over the money.
