My account blocked and requested to submit bank passbook or bank statement, cheque leaf to verify the user. I don't have bank passbook hence submitted bank statement and cheque leaf. Even after submitting all required docs, I'm still receiving reply they can't validate the details and requesting the bank statement, cheque leaf. All the details in the bank statement account number, account name matches with rummy registered user still I don't know what's stopping them to validate. They are not giving proper reason everytime it's like bot getting same reply. I'm not sure whether they looking at documents. I have money in rummy circle account. I need my money back to my account. If you can't validate with statement, i also provided UPI id to validate. Kindly do helpful to get my money back.
