Respected sir
I had played rummy circle since last month. I had given a request to my colleague account to join rummy circle.com. I had received an bonus amount for joining my colleague in rummy circle.com.
But i had received another bonus amount for my same colleague for using same ip address. Due to this issue my rummy circle account was blocked since last week. So please take this complaint to resolve this issue as soon as possible. P

My complaint was not resolved and you are asking only about satisfaction.My complaint was given below: I had played rummy circle since last month. I had given a request to my colleague account to join rummy circle.com. I had received an bonus amount for joining my colleague in rummy circle.com. But i had received another bonus amount for my same colleague for using same ip address. Due to this issue my rummy circle account was blocked since last week. So please take this complaint to resolve this issue as soon as possible. This complaint was registered 20 days before.But there's no steps to solve the above issue.

Hi I m a rummy circle user my id is anandlenok3. I just tried a withdrawal of Rs. 200 on 12/11/2018 around 12.15 am for the first time. You have given me the status that transaction has been approved. But the cash doesn't come to my SBI account still. My withdrawal id is 7528408.

Another problem is I can't verify my email address. All the I tried to Verify my email address there is no verification mail come to my address when I open my email id on Gmail. I sent you a blank mail as you shown in your rummy circle ie, [protected]@rummycircle.com. I couldn't see any reply for this. Tried a lot of times.
