Hi I m a rummy circle user my id is anandlenok3. I just tried a withdrawal of Rs. 200 on 12/11/2018 around 12.15 am for the first time. You have given me the status that transaction has been approved. But the cash doesn't come to my SBI account still. My withdrawal id is 7528408.

Another problem is I can't verify my email address. All the I tried to Verify my email address there is no verification mail come to my address when I open my email id on Gmail. I sent you a blank mail as you shown in your rummy circle ie, [protected]@rummycircle.com. I couldn't see any reply for this. Tried a lot of times.

Rummycircle has blocked my account saying details are incorrect and asked me to update id proof in app. But in app they have blocked me from editing id proof.so im unable to update id proof. I had shared my id proof over emai for which they are not responding. They have not given me any option to raummycircle plz open my id

Dear sir,

My account was blocked due to one bank account was linked to 2 rummy circle accounts i. E. Hari23161999 and venny23.

I don't know about this issue before adding an account to my new account and i was immediately responded and agree to close one account belongs to my friend i. E. Hari23161999 from last one month and replayed 16 mails and 50 + calls but people were not responded. I was lost 6700 rupees while playing in the account "venny23" and now its having balance odlf 5200 rupees. Now i was requesting if they want i will agree to close this account also bu before that i was requested entire amount shall be transfer to my linked account. But no response received from their end i am very much angried. Please solve my issue.
