My account name is anvi671. I won almost rs.2000/-. Then i decided to withdraw rs.1900/- withdrawal request get cancelled saying that please submit all docs... I submitted my bank statement, aadhar card and pan card. Later again i send withdrawal request for rs.2000/- it get cancelled again... Saying u have to submit your pan card again... I submitted again... But later that night... My whole amount i. E. Rs 2000/- get vanished from my account... From last 10 days i am following them on mails but no proper answer on mail also... So i abused them on immediate basis they block my account which has rs.425 in my account.. I mail then deposit my 2000+425 in my account... This is my online complaint with them.. Next step will be consumer court... I saw all comments against this company... I have screenshot of all. How they fool people, u can see video of that on youtube.. So i will wait more two days for there reply... Rs. 2500 is not big money for me but this issue is on my ego... Also i banned this site i want to stop people to get fooled...

I have already uploaded my bank account statement and pan card and it's been 5 days and my account is still unblocked and neither my mails are replied by your team.       I suggest your friends do not waste your time and money i play from last 6 month but at the last overall result is loss... After some time you did not win a single game they will give good cards without pure sequence and at the time someone show the game i observe from last 15 days.. I will mail him to block my account but they do not give any responce... I request you do not play this game do not waste your important time and hardworking money in this fake game

        Dear consumers complaints team. I am play rummy 2 year on rummy circle site. I win and loss money on this site past two years. Now i archive the final level club platinum elite club member. 10-11 before i go the tour of himachal and play rummy on my friends mobile now couple of days i see my account are open other site they are showing on my screen. I am complaint about this to rummy circle. They are close my account to check the problem. They are blocked my account permanently. I ask her why they are block my account so they are say me i am play unfair games with 2 user. I am say i don't play any game. My account are hacked but they are not response i say am not person if i wrong my account block 2-3 weeks not 2 years ago i deposit 2-3 lakhs on this site. They are not unblock my account please reopen my account on there site.

                Due to the reason i had an another account previously.

                But i didnt create multiple account for cheating or anything else. I had created new account simply because i couldnt access old one.

                Rummy circle didn't resolve my complaint. And aslo they give me wrong answers everytime i request for account reopening. Below is the proof of screenshots.

                Once they told me, my account had been closed due to the reason i had used multilpe accounts. Now they are saying it's due to the fact i have financial problem. I don't want rummy circle to worry about my financial problem.

                              We have found that some accounts have deposited through the same IP address which was used in your RummyCircle account login and dumped money so that your account can receive bring a friend bonus by unfair means.

                              This is a fraudulent activity and hence, we captured the bonus from your account.

                                      I try to join many touranment on 29/9/18. But there was proboem in joining any game or case game. Neither shedule show currectly nor join option show and counld be able to join.in this case why 250 rs was deducted from my acount. If that loot sateelite game has been joined by me than why i cant be able to play that perticuler game. Sir rummy team chaet again. Pls take action gainst him.
