Hi this is sreeram i am one of the player to rummy circle. Recently i am trying to play game an error was displaying continuously. I can't able to play my game or else when i am trying to withdrawal my cash in my account then also it shows an error. Please let me know what the issue is..?

I am mailed continuously to the rummy circle complaint cell but there was no response from their end.

No matter how good cards you get, How many Jokers you get, you may even get 2 pure sequence and 1 Joker you cant win, then you may shift to another point still same.
I have personally felt the same after depositing money it let me win 1 or 2nd game after that all loss. No matter i play 1 rs point 5 Rs point 10 Rs. Point or 20 Rs point.

They only let the new player wins and old player to loose 10K / 20 K.
Someone must raid their system.

I am very happy but you are locked my account for security reson. 15. Times i send to query your site and mail but still my account are resolved or reopen my account. Please resolve my account.

My account name is anvi671. I won almost rs.2000/-. Then i decided to withdraw rs.1900/- withdrawal request get cancelled saying that please submit all docs... I submitted my bank statement, aadhar card and pan card. Later again i send withdrawal request for rs.2000/- it get cancelled again... Saying u have to submit your pan card again... I submitted again... But later that night... My whole amount i. E. Rs 2000/- get vanished from my account... From last 10 days i am following them on mails but no proper answer on mail also... So i abused them on immediate basis they block my account which has rs.425 in my account.. I mail then deposit my 2000+425 in my account... This is my online complaint with them.. Next step will be consumer court... I saw all comments against this company... I have screenshot of all. How they fool people, u can see video of that on youtube.. So i will wait more two days for there reply... Rs. 2500 is not big money for me but this issue is on my ego... Also i banned this site i want to stop people to get fooled...

I suggest your friends do not waste your time and money i play from last 6 month but at the last overall result is loss... After some time you did not win a single game they will give good cards without pure sequence and at the time someone show the game i observe from last 15 days.. Dear consumers complaints team. I am play rummy 2 year on rummy circle site. I win and loss money on this site past two years. Now i archive the final level club platinum elite club member. 10-11 before i go the tour of himachal and play rummy on my friends mobile now couple of days i see my account are open other site they are showing on my screen. I am complaint about this to rummy circle. They are close my account to check the problem. They are blocked my account permanently. I ask her why they are block my account so they are say me i am play unfair games with 2 user. I am say i don't play any game. My account are hacked but they are not response i say am not person if i wrong my account block 2-3 weeks not 2 years ago i deposit 2-3 lakhs on this site. They are not unblock my account please reopen my account on there site.

My account is blocked since 3days so i am trying to call customer care executive but the call is not reach them my username is yallu2228 so this game does not i open and the cash games is also not opening so mail me what is the reason for blocking my account.
So please response me what happened my account and also open my account as soon.

My account is showing closed due to security reasons and that's why I'm unable to take part in the cash games although I have submitted my documents with my phone no and email id . How can I solve this problem so that I can add cash in rummy circle and can take part in the cash games. Please solve the problem so that I can take part in the game as soon as possible.

Due to the reason i had an another account previously.

But i didnt create multiple account for cheating or anything else. I had created new account simply because i couldnt access old one.

So now please reactivate my rummy. God account and give my balance back.

I can't play rummy on my account and i can't change my bank details in my account. For the past 3 more months i could not play any cash games or tournaments in rummy circle.
