The new version of APP has Geo Location enabled in which your current location will be tracked. Once you have downloaded or upgraded to our latest version, you will be asked to turn on the location in your android mobile.

            Adding funds and playing against one account, without a justifiable game play may be deemed as a money laundering activity, which is an offence as per law.

            We have detected violation of bring a friend policy.

            We have found that some accounts have deposited through the same IP address which was used in your RummyCircle account login and dumped money so that your account can receive bring a friend bonus by unfair means.

            This is a fraudulent activity and hence, we captured the bonus from your account.

            Your account is permanently closed. Please do create any new accounts on our website. If detected, it shall be closed immediately and the entire balance shall be captured.

                    I try to join many touranment on 29/9/18. But there was proboem in joining any game or case game. Neither shedule show currectly nor join option show and counld be able to join.in this case why 250 rs was deducted from my acount. If that loot sateelite game has been joined by me than why i cant be able to play that perticuler game. Sir rummy team chaet again. Pls take action gainst him.

                      Please don't play this game i share my one game news with you. Yesterday i play one dill rummy in first rummy i give 2 point after that

                      2nd game other guy showing game but in that game without any card group and total all card different i tack screen shot and after that

                      I mail this to support team but the not responding.

                              My rummy clash games has been blocked saying that security reasons, why you doing this without any request from me, i want my cash games activation immediately and clear my id verification without my request you are not suppose to block my account for more than 3 days i'm getting the same your id verification will be confirmed within 30 mins, how long will it take to clear without informing us please don't block our account.

                                My rummycircle account is closed automatically from company side with out any prior intimation. My username is rummy. God. And all my balance is captured.
                                I had same experience priviously also that time i was using different account called prasanthpix. But someday they closed that account without any prior intimation. So i created new account in the name of rummy. God. Now this account also they closed and all my money is looted.. Now i want reactivate it immideatly and i want my balance back. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                                    Many students life getting spoiled by this online site. All the money they got is investing in this site and loosing it. Students are getting addicted to this game and sometimes loosing life and commiting suicide by loosing all the money. They are selling all the goods expecting to gain more money which they dont get they have and getting mentally disturbed by this site. They are even spoiling their valuable education due to this site. Sooo my humble request is to ban this site and make students life brighter. Many middle class students are getting addicted to this site hoping to get lots of money. Sooo please ban this site.

                                        My account has been closed saying didnot satisfy age related conditions but already i have provided id details. I had mailed tem regarding the issue many times but there is no response from them. Thr gaming company is not fair enough and they are indulging in looting people. Either they must be permanently closed or sued heavily fot their irresponsive and scam.
