I have played this online rummy and lost 10 lakhs. I know what and all tricks and traps they use to cheat, manipulate and run fake games to earn money instead of playing genuine games where they can earn only 15percent as commission. I am 100% sure that here fake and fraudulent method is being used, it's a scam. Like me lot of people have lost lakhs of rupees. I am a good rummy player i know it's definitely not a genuine playing site. Other than 15% commission, remaining amount how they are showing to income tax department, whether they are showing it's also earned by 15% commission or not at all showing. This is to be examined. It's a scam. Please save students and women from this.

Keep getting SMS messages from AXPLYWIN and AXWINWIN. I did not subscribe to either of these. There is an option to send CARDSTOP to 56161 but that message comes back with error that the keyword is not accurate.

Dear sir/ madam,

I have been playing rummy circle since long time. When i lose money i request them to close my account to keep myself from control. But when i want to play again i am opening new account and uploading my id for kyc purpose. But recently they allowed me to open account and i deposited around 20, 000 rupees. While playing i lost my money and somehow i regained my money and requested for withdrawal.

Now they are not updating my id for kyc and not giving any response to my mails.

I am herewith attaching the proofs.

Please do me the needful.

Actually it has been resolved luckily because the step i have taken. I have requested for withdrawal of the money I got in my account before they close my rummy circle account. Otherwise they would have captured my money as they closed my account and never responded to my mails.

My accounts in Rummy circle is closed without any information to me. They are are not responding to my mails. I had 4801.5 Rs balance in my account which they have taken. I tried to drop from the game but the app crashed saying i've no internet connection. But my internet was working fine and i've been receiving email and messages in whatspp at that time. And when i closed the app and tried reopening it back the app was blank and i couldn't play the existing game as well. And after sometime i was able to open the app but i've lost rs.80 cos of this. Please find the screenshot where my phone shows full signal and also i tried opening the app using wifi but still the app wasn't loading and stayed blank

Sir i have lost aprrox 1600 to 1800 to find the ticket of wednessday super over and got finally. But unfortunetely i cant join beacause rummy curcle team not allow to me join. Rummy team cheat with me. I complaint but rummy team said my app was not update so that problem occur. If such problem fase then why rummy team allow to play qualifier if wednessday super over.
