Hello friends,
Dont play rummy in rummy circle site, because i have loosed more then 12 lakh, it is fake game, initial level i got earned some amount, so i put amount amount to here, every time i have loosed. Here some people sitting and getting our amount, it is totally fake game, now i am came to suicide stage becasue i have loosed more then 12 lake, my life will go soon, i dont have other option, so please anyone take this issue to government and do some action, or block this site or get amount from rummy circle and give to looser family. I dont know some people will take action or not, please do and save some people life, if you people will get this amount please send amount my family. I dont know how to live, because i have borrowed amount to many people and put amount here, please help me guys. If my life will gone, the full reason is rummy circle only.

I can understand your frustration when you do not get favorable cards while playing.

Our system is automated,  however we would like to inform you that we do not have any control over the cards that are dealt in any games. Distribution of cards is an automated process and is completely unbiased. You think you have it bad.

We kindly suggest you to click on the "Certificate" link on our home page which shows our Random Number Generation Certificate obtained from the prestigious I-Tech Labs in Australia. This Random Number Generation certificate proves that there is adequate randomness in shuffling of the cards so that no pattern can be deduced. As a result, there is no way for anyone to interfere in the functioning of the systems and associated software when it comes to shuffling and dealing the cards. 

However, in the long run, it is your skill in the game of Rummy that determines how much you win and not the cards that you get as long as the shuffling is random.

If you still have any questions or concerns in any regard, we are always here and will definitely assist you in your smallest of issue.

    My account has been closed automatically for no reason please resolve immediately.
    Otherwise i will register criminal complaint.
    What is the reason for closing account without information.
    Balance 400 something are there.

      Answer me why my account is being closed without notice? What's wrong i have done to suspend? I haven't played any false games in the entire period of my time with rummy circle.

      I came to know about this when couple of withdrawls being cancelled and reverted to my real chips account. I am unable to contact customer care over the phone, even though i am a platinum player.

      As of now, i haven't heard anything from rummycircle either by mail or call. The only response that i got from fairplay (After i have sent the mail on this), is that my account is being under inspection and the update will be provided once its done. I have more than 20000 real chips in my account.

                                    Guys.. Trust me these rummy circle seems to be a big fraud. It says there has to be one pure sequence and the rest sequence can be done with jokers. I have attached a proof as the screenshot as how they calculate the points and take away your money inspite of your correct sequence.

                                    Details as per the screenshot.

                                    In game id[protected]. I have attached one pure sequence of diamond as 6, 7, 8 and one sequence of 'a' as diamond, spade, club and heart. So my points should have been calculated as 36 as per remaining cards however still they have calculated the a inspite of being in sequence and thats the reason my score got calculated to 76.

                                    Similarly in game id[protected]. I have attached one pure sequence of heart as a, 2, 3 and one sequence of '8' as diamond, heart and club. So my points should have been calculated as 46 as per remaining cards however still they have calculated the 8 inspite of being in sequence and thats the reason my score got calculated to 70. Please friends go through my screenshots before fallimg prey to these online games.
