Whenever i tried to withdrawal money from rummy circle, it's always showing the request undergoing checks..
Even after 5 days its showing the same ' request undergoing checks ' .
I mailed too many times about my complaint .
But the problem is still unresolved..
I tried too many times to withdrawal the money.. but it's always showing the same..

My account blocked from 2 months

my amount of Rs.12761.18 blocked by rummycircle
this is very big amount for me.

i am in dippresion for this amount and try every day to contact rummycircle

they send me a same automated mail again and again ( we have suspended your account we observe erragulities in you account )

Dear sir RummyCircle is blocked my account and I'm unable to change my bank account in RummyCircle the bank account of RummyCircle is add wrong by mistake but I have no option to change account because RummyCircle blocked my account I have already send lots of emails RummyCircle but RummyCircle not change my original account they send common massage all time I request you please help me change my bank account and initiate my refundable balance...

They have blocked my account after I find some thing fraud behavior with just asking details on that, instead if answering my query they have blocked my account,
By now they have cheated 1 crore from me. I lost that much being addicted to such stupid online rummy circle.
Now i am huge loan with no job, struggling lot to pay back my loan.
They mention in their site they control players loss with fairplay but no such policy as see my case they made me loose 1 crore. they cheated well, many people lost life after paying here loosing money.
Anyway my main concern is there was winning from my side and for that they have deducted TDS of around 105000 rs. but after that i lost all my winning so there wont be TDS going to government as i m in loss but there was TDS if 105000 deducted already. That wont go to government so they supposed to return back to me. After raising ticket and mail on this they have returned only 2547 rs saying extra TDS. another around 100000 they still have to reverse to me but they r not doing even after multiple follow ups and mails and calls.
I need my money back immediately. They already looted 1 crore and still they r greedy looters want to may loss to 1 crore 1 l. How worst heart people they are?
Anyway i need my 100000 back. I am not asking lost money, I am asking money which rummy circle wants to eat in the name of TDS which is not going to government.

My account has been blocked. There are some funds in my account which was also locked. I haven't done any irregularities but Rummy Circle says there were come violations but they have not given me the proper explanation about the blockage. If my account is not unblocked, please delete my account and transfer the balance to my bank account.
